I came here for National Guard training and was thoroughly disappointed. It was my first visit and I will not me returning to... it. 10 April 2022 12:40 to 1:10 1. I had to wait 50 minutes for my food, they did say they were short staffed but thats notthe whole reason 2. They got my order wrong. I ordered the loco bowl and added avocado but there was no avocado and no saucewas put on top of the bowl 3 I was order number 51 and they gave the food to 55 first they didnt even call out my number or 52to 54. 4 I asked if my food was being made 30 in. They said it was, but that was a lie, no apology 5 After 55 was called icomplained on my my food was later than people who ordered behind me. They clearly gave my food to someone else or dismissed myorder completely 6 They offered a refund but failed to immediately initiate the refund. They told me I have to wait for amanager to process the refund. It may take 48 to 72 hours to start the refund Edit: Never got the refund 7 After i was offeredthe refund and i accepted, the cashier tried to cancel my order. That meant that after waiting 50 i almost didnt get anything toeat 8 They gave an excuse that the cashier came back from lunch and didnt know what was going on 9 After they realized theyfailed to process my order they made the food which only took 2 minutes. A very shaky start with the inexperienced staff. Just couldn't get the order right. Good thing we Dined in instead of taking it... to go. Had to go back to the counter 3 times to get it right. The young lady working behind the counter was very polite andhelpful as we both worked together to get the order corrected. She was trying her best and I appreciated her efforts. Ordered the 2 pc tender combo and the serving could be split between 2 people. The chicken tender is not your typical. They are... breast meat that was split so its a lot of tasty tender meat. Seasoned right and juicy. Bread is good, as well as fries. Cracksauce has a light spicy kick. Yum! Read more

We got the Korean bowl and Bird-B-Q Fries last night and today we tried the Hot Elote Fries. Amazing!!!!
I love a chicken sandwich. I get them everywhere I go, so when I say that this is one of the best, I really mean it. The menu is... not over complicated and still provides enough options for any specific crispy chicken craving I might have. They havesandwiches, bowls, burritos, strips. They have delicious Fries, with bits of fried chicken and choices of flavor. I got theElote Fries today and it was a MEAL. I also had the Korean Bowl with the vinegar slaw and a fried egg. Everything goes togetherso well. Their flavors are perfect, nothing overpowers or is underwhelming they all compliment one another. Each time I'vevisited, the staff have been courteous and patient with me, the dinning room is clean, and the bathrooms are immaculate. Theonly thing I haven't had is their breakfast but you best believe I'll be back for it, I'm dying to try the PBJJ sandwich! Read more
To be edited upon feasting! Okay I have to give my honest opinion but usually not too picky. The burrito as a whole taste good... and I can go for it again but won't be for awhile. My burrito wasn't rolled properly although snickered to hold in place when Iopened it unto a plate to cut I in half to take a picture of the contents within the out later of the tortilla was flaky and wasbreaking apart like breadcrumbs. Still it was good however what we ordered was not available and was substituted but doesn'tfully remedy the order we can't have that was shown as they do not serve it at this location. Also ordered the 2 piece chickentender meal with toast and the size of the chicken was fair and the chicken was not too salty nor bland so koodos here. Also hada bowl ordered I won't mention which one but he the wild rice, vegetable mix? Macaroni salad and the soy chicken did not gotogether as great as pictured in my head. We got a coupon for this chicken place in OC via a Yelp event. We were excited to go since this is close by. It is easy to... find and there is ample parking. Upon coming in there are five tables and the place can seat 20-ish people inside. Firstimpression is that the place looks clean and organized. We ordered the Korean Hot version of Bird in a Bun and Bird in a bowl.We gave the coupon to the cashier but it seems that we didnt get a discount when I looked at the receipt. The discount runsuntil the end of the year. Anyway, the cashier might be new so we'll let it slide. You'll get your own drink on the sodafountain (Coca-Cola products) and there is a dispenser for the utensils. The fries are gooooood! We made a mental note to trythe other flavored fries. The Korean Hot buns and bowl are great! A must try. Now off to yogurtland which is just a few feetaway. Read more
