Horrible customer service, 15 dollars for a plate just to be disappointed with the most horrible chicken from this franchise.... The chicken is very salty. Macaroni is awful tasting with the rice being the only ok thing. I love the franchise but nevercoming to this location. Be warned if you want L and L PLEASE AVOID THIS LOCATION. I remember when this particular location first opened. It was a perfect addition to the local area . The food was excellent and... worth every penny. I would eat here at least 3 times a week. That was in 2005-2007 . I ate here for the first time since thenyesterday. Not only has the food quality plummeted but the size of the portions are pathetic. I will never eat at this locationagain unless some serious improvement is made . I spent $50 on 2 seafood combos and 1 cheeseburger combo . The fish was smallerthan the shrimp. But at least the 2 giant scoops of rice made up for it . (Not really) . Food was terrible , hard and not evenworth $10. Read more

Really disappointed. I love L&L and it's something I get whenever there is one around. This location gave very small portions... and tons of rice and macaroni salad. Their container is actually noticeably smaller than standard L and L container. Read more
Great tasting food, large portions, worth the wait. Catering is also available. I ordered a Lighter BBQ Chicken with Spam... Musubi on the side. I also ordered for my friends so it was a big order. Food was well seasoned, tender, and perfectly cooked. Ididn't find anything too salty, but I will say that the rice was soggy and overcooked. My dish came with salad on the side andit was pretty good despite the dry old carrots. Their Mac and Cheese is super soft and creamy. We waited 40 minutes for somegood eats! Of all the L & Ls this one I has always done the chicken katsu with chicken just right and generous portions. If I am in the... area, I always try to do pick up here. I do not recommend the one in cerritos, so I will drive the extra 3 to 5 miles to comehere. Read more
