Horrible! This isn't the first time this has happend. I order from app and it tells me 35 to 45 minutes ETA. This last time 1... 1/2 hours pass by and I call. The unprofessional kid says he has no drivers available. He said I am next though. 2 hours and 15minutes the pizza gets delivered and everything was cold. And I mean cold not just cooled off a little. Last time ill everyorder from this place. Read more
Ordered 2 large pizzas online for delivery. In a nutshell, pizza came after 2 hours and 15 minutes even though the ETA online... was 50-65 minutes. Pizza was cold when it got here. More info: I ordered online for our kids and Babysitter before we left. We realized pizza did not get to house in time. The delivery driver actually called us after 1 1/2 hours to let us know she issorry and leaving now and will be here in 15 minutes. She continued to complain how busy they were and how her store was nothandling it well. It took her another 45 minutes to get to our house. Again, cold pizza. We left Cypress and arrived in SanDiego by the time the pizza came. I called the location the next day and could not get ahold of manager. Called again the dayafter, was on hold for 15 minutes at 11am. Finally was told a manager would call me back. Manager never called. I called themback that night and employee told me he didn't have time to "deal with me" then refused to give me his name. I called Corporate,spent another 30 minutes on phone giving a report. After 30 minutes, she told me "Ok, so I'll send them complaint to thefranchise location manager to handle." So it went Full Circle. She ASSURED me it would be addressed and handled within 48hours. NOPE, never heard from them. So I paid, and TIPPED $5, for 2 cold pizzas. ...and this was not the 1st negativeexperience with this location since moving into this neighborhood. I'm done. I have to say. Most places were we get pizza are not as good with customer service. But papa John's store store manager was... polite and great outstanding service. This makes me so happy to say... this is were ill be coming from. Now on to get pizza.Thanks so much Read more
Papa John's driver is a genius. Lot completely empty and he parks in the only turning lane to get I to Target.

This is my second delivery from them the first one came really quickly but it wasn't done all the way but it had a whole lot of... stuff on it more than any other pizza I've ever gotten ...this time, everything was great and they're giving me a free pizzanext time to replace the first one.
