I understand sometimes you could the pressure of having to much work, but if you are not willing or want to work at all, please... don?t wasted your time and others, having to work in place you don?t like.this morning I decided to shop at target I was in ahappy mood because I had finally had Got an off day I work with patients all day long but will never take my anger or be rude toanyone, costumer service comes first, after I was done with my shopping decided to get coffee waited patiently and not busy atall barista in charge at 11:33am so rude, first he told me I couldn?t pay with my app, second he rudely told me, that I shouldknow better straws were not given anymore I just need it something to stir my caramel macchiato, my advise don?t give your badattitude to your costumers, understand we are all in hard time, we need better people don?t be bitter, bright someone?s light,don?t be the one trying to turn off they bright don?t be bitter to the world. Every time I come to this Starbucks while shopping at target, they make me feel rushed and they never get my drink right. I seen... a trend on social media of a pumpkin and white mocha drink and I showed the lady and she was annoyed and didn?t make it how Iasked. Won?t be getting my drinks here anymore and they really need to work harder on customer service. Read more
Jose is so rude. I have been to this Starbucks on several occasions and every time he is working he completely ignores patrons. ... The last time I was there he ignored two young girls trying to order their beverages, until I asked him if he was available, atwhich he did not reply to my question and just says ?what do you want?. Today, there was no one in line except for myself andagain I was ignored. He looked at me multiple times and never said a word, not even a ?I?ll be right with you?. The slowest service I have ever experienced at any Starbucks. & I only say that because it is constant. Not only that but the... service is terrible. Not only are they understaffed but none of the employees know how to acknowledge customers. As a customerservice manager, I train all employees to acknowledge all customers even during our busiest hours or even if they arealone. Target needs to do better. It?s unacceptable that I have to wait so long every day that I am here and experience horribleservice to top it all off. Train better employees! Read more
I've been to dozens of different Starbucks all over the map! However I go to Starbucks on Ball and Valley View four or five... times a week because they have the friendliest Associates and the best service! They always welcome me by name which makes youfeel very comfortable! Read more
So I drive up..the guy opens the window, stares at me and doesn't even say 'hello'. Man basic common service has gone out the... window. If you don't like your job, go do something else. Coffee was not fresh either for 530AM. Read more
