Always have tables for a quick seat! Great food and drinks. Twice now, though, I order from the drink menu, they bring the... drink I literally order by pointing off the menu (10$) and they bring me a large (16$) without asking or informing me until thebill comes and I call it out. Upselling is an important skill in waiting tables/sales!! But transparency is important too. Ifthis happened to me twice - thus seems like a tactic they use on all. I?ve loved alicia?s for years! But tonight I ordered take out, and I?ll not repeat this mistake! Sloppy, very small servings... of mixed fajitas. No napkins, no silverware. Pedro always takes really great care of us at lunch! We are in and out in under 45 minutes every time. The team here works... really well together from the warm greeting to quick seating. After seating drink orders are taken immediately followed by chipsand salsa delivery. Finally there is nothing short of a coordinated show amongst the staff to take orders, deliver the orders,refill drinks, bring more chips, offer to-go containers, bring checks, and get you in your way. We chose to visit in celebration for Father?s Day, and despite of the holiday it wasn?t overly crowded and service was on point,... no issues. Food was served hot, fresh, and delicious as always. Tortillas were freshly made. However, the chips were notfreshly served warm. Wonderful atmosphere, really gives you a feeling of being in a Mexican ambience. Always a good relaxingexperience. In fairness ee haven't been in a bit, we decided to go this past Monday evening, because they have a great atmosphere and we... expected it to not be too busy. We were supremely disappointed they had changed their salsa recipe from where it used to have abit more chunkiness to it, it was more like just red sauce. The waiter was hustling and I will give them credit for that,however given the many choices in Mexican food, it will probably be a lot longer before we go back, we got the build your ownplate, and we should have gotten the fajitas, I will leave it at that. My plate talks! I ate it all and it was A LOT of food, I am In love with the flavors on the food!! My grandma was extremely... happy with the experience and how juicy our chicken breasts were!! Thank you for keeping standards up to expectations! Secondtime here and would come 78 times again. 10/10 chips, food and dessert. Service was above and beyond by FRANCISCO!! This guy andhis service made the experience TOOPSS!! offered coffee, chips, dessert and we just couldn?t say no to him!! Incredible guy. Read more
