My family and I finally ventured out today. We went to grab a quick lunch at the Auntie Anne?s in Cypress (outlet mall- 29300... Hempstead Rd.) I noticed an employee messing with the door stopper, who then proceeded to serve my food. I Had to politely askhim to change his gloves. He then went over to tell the manager what I had said and they both started laughing. It?s a smalllocation so it was evident that they were talking about me. I then asked the manager if he thought that my request was funny...and his response was ?yeah, everyone is always complaining.? He didn?t offer an apology, nor did he deny that they were laughingat my complaint.? Maybe the adult manager could benefit from some customer service training, so that he could effectively be anexample to his teenage staff.... and some sanitation 101 wouldnt hurt either. Read more
