This was our first time coming here. It was busy. They have outlets at the tables if you need to charge your phones. We... ordered a snow cone, red bull infusion, wavebender, palya del Carmel. We use to go to the one by our old house all the time andreally enjoyed it but we were disappointed with our order at this location. We ended up trading the wavebender for another redbull infusion. The wavebender had no flavor along with the palya de caramel. The snow cone and redbull drink came out prettyquick. The wavebender and coffee drink took forever. My kids had already finished the snow cone and we still hadn't gotten therest of our order while people that ordered after we're getting theirs. The staff was super friendly and didn't make us feelbad when we swapped the wavebender drink out. I am hoping they had an off day and this is not the norm. We may try again. Read more
I am a frequent customer of the Bahama Bucks in Waco and we were in the neighborhood of cypress and wanted a snow cone. I can... honestly say worse we have been too. I don?t blame the high school girls working, I blame management. It was a busy Sunday Andthere was 4 girls in there all by themselves confused and panicked because of how busy it was. Granted there was only about 12customers but for them I?m sure it felt overwhelming. The shame is that their was no management in site, no adult present. Justyoung girls clueless as to how to run a business. They also have clearly not been properly trained how to make a snow cone.There was no packing down the snow no tropic crème or party sprinkles mid way through and entirely way too much syrup. Iordered my usual wedding cake with extra crème and party sprinkles. There was no extra crème and a dab of sprinkles. Not tomention because of the poor making of the snow cone itself the whole thing could have been drank with a straw. Pure slush. Sucha shame this franchise owner has the privilege to own such an amazing company and run it?s reputation in the ground with poorbusiness management. Read more
LOVE the MASSIVE amounts and combinations of flavors and toppings???????? They also sell the bottles of syrups, so that you can... make your own snow cones at home. We liked their wedding cake and the tiger's blood. They chocolate with chocolate cream wasgood too. Feb 2021: No inside dining due to COVID, but they have a couple of tables on the sidewalk that we ate at. Read more

I ordered a smoothie with whip cream and the whipped cream had 2 hairs in it, and my smoothie was not made correctly it had no... flavor and it tasted bad. I am disappointed. They need to make sure that they are serving fresh drinks, and put new whippedcream. Read more
