Checked this place out for lunch yesterday. We had the Lemon chicken bowl and GREEK salad bowl. You can also choose to make your... own pita, salad or grain bowl. I went today about 3 mins after they opened. They were quickly setting everything up. Although they were busy I was greeted... upon walking in. Very nice lady Chelsea behind the counter greeted me after giving me sometime to look at the menu. Sheexplained that they were a bit behind and still setting up. Asked me what I was thinking of getting so they can prep those itemsfirst. The wait was very short. Gave good suggestions on food items. Food was excellent will return. Read more
Awful. We have tried to give this place business and it repeatedly does not meet the mark. The service is super slow and the... entire point of a restaurant like this is to get through a line quickly. Yesterday was our last time to ever give them a chancebecause the staff and management are incompetent. We stood in line and one couple was checking out while we waited. They had twoemployees up front, the one checking out the couple proceeded to answer their cell phone and walk out. Just turned around andwalked out. Left the register. The other employee continued to fill the vegetables and ignore that anyone was in line. We stoodthere in shock that she would blatantly ignore customers instead of waiting on them. This went on for a while to the point itwas just laughable. The cook in the back noticed nobody was helping CUSTOMERS and did his hands up to us like he was sorry andthen another cook joined him and they were just as shocked as we were. They, like us, watched this employee continue to ignoreCUSTOMERS. I finally walked over to her and said hey, since you don?t have time to actually help customers and the otheremployee left on her cellphone, can I speak to a manager? She said no, one was not there. Shocker. Run?.don?t waste your time ormoney. Plenty of other restaurants in the area with a competent staff. If by chance you are the owner and read this, I truly amsorry that your front staff is so hard to fill with capable employees. Check your cameras between 3:05-3:15pm on 8/12 and youwill see how on ever level they failed at their job yesterday. Ok so this happens to us again. We did take out order and they are so lazy to put enough falafel & free pita. There service is... pathetic. I don?t complain about the food since,It is amazing,but this type of treatment is not acceptable. Read more
Charged me almost $13 for this salad for my daughter because they don?t offer a kids salad. I said just a little avocado on it... and charged me the full price of $2.25. We also had to clean our own table. Read more

I went to Cava in Cypress for the first time and I was so impressed. My food was absolutely amazing and the service was... fantastic. My kids are super picky and they loved the bowls and all ate almost every bite. I will definitely be coming back.Super yummy Read more
