Ordered my food to be ready at 6:40pm ,my husband arrived there at that time exactly and when he arrived they didn?t have... anything ready and it is now 7:48pm and he is still at this chipotle and he just got the food. It takes an hour to get the foodready?! This is ridiculous. This isn?t the first time we have had an issue with this location. If anything it is the 4th timeand there?s always some issue. The customer service is not any better. I?m the person who thinks the customer isn?t always rightor entitled but this is terrible customer service.This location needs to be closed. There is no point of ordering ahead of timewhen we still need to wait an hour to get our food. Very inconvenient. Read more
Not the happiest. The one time I use Mobil order to pick up they gave me the correct order but whoever packaged it clearly... didn?t care and put my sour cream over 1/2 a container of freaking corn?. I?m actually upset because normally they seem so goodin person. That sucks Read more
Arrived at 11 for lunch not busy, but the booths were dirty with crumbs, the staff was indifferent, the kitchen had loud... inappropriate hip hop on, and the amount of meat in each order was minimal. TERRIBLE Experience! This location is terribly skimpy on the food and disgusting no swept floor, trash overflowing, dirty... tables, and messy drink station. My food looks like SLOP the guacamole and queso to meat was ridiculous the meal was givingchunky smoothie! Very light chicken I had to ask for a double serving which I?ve never done before at any chipotle the chickenwas mostly FATTY and I had a piece of bone in my chicken! I couldn?t even get lettuce because it was brown it looked 2 days oldand should not have been out to be served To customers, I will never be back I would have been willing to give them a secondchance but the bone in my meal and playing hide and go seek with my chicken was totally ridiculous and disappointing! Still had tasty food, but not the greatest chipotle experience. They were out of corn and didn?t have ice in the machine. Staff... are friendly and the food is still delicious. Would recommend stocking up on items though, it could be a supply chain thingthough? So not bashing on it, but it was unfortunate that a few things were out of stock when we were visiting! Read more
This place is so stingy with their meat portions. We got 5 beef burrito bowls and the proportion of meat to everything else... is ridiculous. My boys could not finish their food because it was just all rice and veggies and gauc (we are Not vegetarians) Ipick out all the meat and set rice aside for my younger son before I add salsa to my food and the pic was all the meat they putin the bowl. Very skimpy on the food. Ordered chips & guac and a quesadilla with one of the sides of salsa. A handful of chips & almost... nonexistent salsa. I normally love Chipotle. Both trash cans were over flowing, there were 0 clean tables, and 3 employees were just talking. We were the only customers... there for the first 15 minutes or so. Can't yall take 2 minutes and clean? Horrible attitudes from the line, bad language andexplicit music clearly heard from behind the counter. This place is way too overpriced, and we were overcharged. We spent $30for a bowl and 2 soft tacos (no drinks because their whole machine was out of order). All Chipotle locations have gonedown-hill. We won't be back to any location. Read more
