Terrible! I live one minute away from this restaurant. The last 2 times I've ordered from here, the driver has driven past my... neighborhood to make other deliveries making my delivery time 45min and 55 min! Last night, the thin crust pizza arrived cold.The wing order was wrong, cold and gross! They've lost my business. Read more

My husband ordered a pizza the other day from this location and the blonde teenager running the pizzas out had a bad attitude... when we arrived to pick it up. He could use a refresher on customer service. Pizza is good though. Read more

This Domino?s location used to be really good consistently. The past 2 times have been horrible. The first of these 2 times, my... pizza I ordered for delivery, was never delivered. After more than an hour went by, I contacted the store and spoke with afemale who was extremely rude. She told me that I had not checked ?For Delivery? so it was waiting at the store and I could comepick it up. I informed her that not only had I checked ?for delivery?, the email that was sent to me confirming my order anddelivery status, also showed ?for delivery?. She became extremely rude, and I asked to speak to the manager however she informedme that she WAS the manager. She made no apology, no offer to make it correct, so I told her to refund my credit cardimmediately and I would be calling in to report her to Corporate. if this is the way Domino?s allows a manager talks to people,she needs to be better trained. I was informed I would receive a refund which I did. Tonight I decided to try one more time andagain, ordered online. My order was for a 12? THIN & CRISPY CRUST pizza. Again I received a confirmation email with my ordernumber and expected delivery time. As I watched the Domino?s tracker that shows the status of the order, I clearly could see itwas being prepared, then went into quality check. After a few minutes, it showed ?Out for Delivery?. But then, it all of asudden showed it went back in to ?quality check?, and continued to remain there for another 15 minutes. I was about to contactthe store, when the driver pulled up. He apologized for the delay. I brought the pizza inside and when I open the box the wholebottom of the pizza was stuck to the cardboard causing me to have to pull off a section just to get the pizza off. What wassupposed to be ?THIN AND CRISPY CRUST? was completely cold and soggy, and stuck terribly to the cardboard box. Once pried off ofcardboard, pizza was soggy, limp, cold and greasy. Normally, I have good service at this location. One of the pizzas I ordered for pick-up was incorrect. But hey, pizza is pizza,... right? There were no toppings, just cheese. I'm going to keep the pizza, but just wanted to call to let them know it was wrong.Well, the girl who answered the phone told me that she did not know how that happened. No apology, just said I didn't make thepizza so she did not know how it happened. I was shocked. I expected at least some sort of can I give you a store credit orsomething. I finally asked what is the protocol when this happens and she said I can make you another pizza. Ok, well that issomething, but I had to ask before she even offered that. I do not want to drive back up there to pick up the pizza that Iordered. I decided to call back to speak to a manager (even thought she was probably the manager). I got a driver and he wasmuch more accommodating. Apologized, and offered to make me another pizza. I asked if I could get a store credit instead. He didthat for me. Read more

I really want to love this location bc it's so close but we've ordered about 8 times and everything is always over baked. They... need to speed up the ovens by 1-2 minutes to reduce cook time or something Because of this, we've gone back to ordering fromlocal places or use the domino's located further north in Tomball. Not sure who owns this site or who loves over baked cheesebut enough already. Oh, and the pizza is never cut all the way! Maybe Bc it's overcooked?! Read more
