How do you run out of the ONE thing you are selling? You?re better off going to KFC across the street andjust buying their grilled chicken. The dining room closes at 830 and the establishment refuses customers at 830. I came in at 825 and they were implying that I... should leave because they're about to close.... in 30 minutes. I understand if it's a regular restaurant where everything ismade fresh for you or if they were busy as hell or short staffed, but they're fast food. It's easy to make and easy to give outthey had at least 5 or 6 people in the back and one customer ahead of me.The place actually made a customer leave who came inat 830. They also stop serving certain things on the menu after 8. The food was decent but if you really want to eat at ElPollo Loco goto the one two miles away. Read more
