I read really great reviews about this place and how clean it is. Imagine the horror when green onions are found in the lemon... custard (zoom into the picture there?s green stuff in it). It gets worse. Upon eating half the pancake, I find red onion and andwhat I believe to be leftover omelette. Unfortunately, I didn?t take a picture of the red onion. Despite this mishap, they werereally friendly and helpful. I also ordered the carrot and pecan pancake, but it didn?t come with pecans. Instead it hadraisins, which is misleading because pecans was in the name. The first time, the pancakes were made with carrots and pecans, notcarrots and raisins. Went here for brunch on a Friday. The service was friendly and fast. I don?t recommend the Bloody Mary but the food (breakfast... sandwich) was delicious! Will definitely be going again. Enjoy! Read more
The food has amazing freshness. The eggs taste perfect the ambience adds to the perfect food. I ordered Florentine eggs... Benedict.. the hollandaise was silky smooth the ciabata was at the best description acceptable... overall the flavorscomplemented each other.. I incline more to espresso coffee and don't enjoy brewed coffee much but it had it base flavorsintact... Lastly the pancakes I ordered the multi grain carrot pecan option perfect combination... Clean facility, warm staff, non-traditional vibe. Had the basic everything everything skillet, breakfast potatoes, and toast... with black coffee. Mid- week not very busy. Great place to gather your thoughts. Definite positive experience food and overallexperience. Read more
Breakfast is Delicious here! First ti.e eating here, but Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day,so I'm very particular about... my breakfast restaurant choices. We decided to try this place because we recently moved to Cypress and our old favorites are faraway now. We took a chance and we were not disappointed at all! A great place for a morning stop, First Watch offers plenty of hearty, yet healthy options, definitely my favorite place for... waffles! I went to First Watch in Townlake today. The service was a little slower than expected. But still good. My food arrived hot.... Everything was perfect and as always super fresh. The prices are reasonable. I attached the receipt. 2 hours later, I am stillfull on my $9.00 meal. Thanks First Watch!!! FYI: The First Watch on Highway has more choices & awesome servers. Read more
The place is really nice and staff is nice. What isn?t nice was the food. I had scrambled eggs and the white of the egg was... still gooey. Yuk. Also the potatoes were not cooked all the way. Very huge pieces. I didn?t even eat all my food because ofthese issues. I also couldn?t feed my 1 year old the potatoes or eggs. The potatoes were to hard for him to chew he could?vechoked and also the eggs are supposed to be fully cooked. Very disappointed Read more
