We absolutely LOVE this place. We?ve tried several boba tea places and this one is top notch! Dirty Brown Sugar Milk Tea and the... This is my go-to! Being in Cypress, thankfully there?s a reasonable amount of boba places to try. Of them all, Gong Cha is the... solid winner. Especially this Fairfield location. I?ve got places closer to me, but we?ll drive out further just to go to thislocation. There?s a reason this brand stays solid in the boba game. The place is always clean. My drinks always come out good,and I love the every changing seasonal drinks! If visiting the OUTLET, walk over just to the other buildings and straight toGong Cha. This is my go to spot for bubble tea ???? they always make my taro just right and have plenty of other flavors to choose from.
Very lovely service and atmosphere, and of course a large variety of drinks that anyone can enjoy. I took my girl there to buy her favorite bubble tea, after the dental appointment. Since she couldn't drink it right after the... fixing, but have to wait for 30 mins or so, I requested the tea without ice ( to avoid the ice melting and diluting thetaste). It is really surprising that they only filled up the cup 75% full. I looked at it and asked them if it was right. They manager went, "you requested no ice, so, this is this much we can fill up; our owner would not allow us to fill it fullwithout the ice." Really????!!!!! How much does a few ounce of tea going to cost to your store? We have never experienced suchcheap store policy and customer service in any bubble tea stores. We will just switch to another new tea store across thestreet, or the new one in Barker Cypress. Read more
