Me and my husband both had the Philly cheese steak sandwiches. They were okay, not the best as the buns were burnt and not... really fully filled. Very bad experience!! I?m a vegetarian and I specified that when getting the falafel wrap. I added the cheese fries and drink on... side and got the NON BACON ones. Went to the car to find out there were pieces of bacon in it. I went back to tell the lady andthe she casually tells me that it?s not bacon, it?s chicken. I was super shocked at her ignorance!! I then requested some sauceon my fries and she boldly said that there?s an extra charge. I said how upset I was by their service but they were rudeinstead. Not even a sorry. Ordered from door dash. I asked for a spicy gyro and two bacon cheesesteaks. I receive 1 have put together gyro, skimpy meat and... two cheese fries with bacon. People are taking their time to order and make sure these people have jobs and they can't even puttogether an order in a correct manner. They will never receive my business. Take it to someone who can put your order togetherand answer the phone. Read more

Horrible service! I ordered small gyro, and went to pay, the lady cooking got extremely mad, she was upset that I have ordered a... different size. Then she angrily put the meat back in the drawer. Small gyro with fries was basically very small pita withbarely any meat, few pieces of lettuce, and 6 fries. Horrible quality of food too! Big giant flies buzzing over the food! Food is ok. Service was quick. But I found it a bit dirty. Accidentally spilled my drink. Someone bumped into me at the... overcrowded Food Court and my soda and ice went flying. Went to the counter to get another one, and they charged me for it. It'snot about the $2. It'd be good customer service to replace it at no charge. Read more
If I could give a negative 20 I would!!! They false advertise when I asked the guy about making a meal with fries and drink for... $2.79. he should us a bowl and said it was a small so we ordered a large fries with bacon and cheese. So after we paid I noticedthey charged $2.79 plus $2.30!! And the bowl was the same size he showed us but said it was a large! Never again will we comeback. I asked for corporate number and he gave me a local number and said that's all he can give me. So I had to look up numberonline myself!!! I had this for the first time today and ordered a large wrap so i could split it between lunch and dinner. For 13.00 I should... have gone to Sonic and gotten 2 for the price of this one. Kinda a rip off. It wasn't the best but also not the worst. Won't eathere again just due to high pricing for mediocre food. Read more
