The food was prepared as I requested. My subsequent requests were handled in a timely manner, by friendly and helpful staff,... with one notable exception. After receiving the bill, I had to wait entirely too long, well over 15 minutes, for the waitressto return to process it. Also, in what I believe to be an isolated instance, the dining area was visibly in need of cleaning. I was the sole diner while I was there, so there was no excuse for the lack of attention paid to keep the area clean. Terrible experience! The server was trying but it was too far gone. 45 min to receive food then my husband's food was missing we... ended up canceling it before it was received it took so long... Pancakes came out crunchy from sitting under a heat lamp for solong and honestly I don't know how that could be because they were Luke warm... Small portions for what you charge and thislocation is horribly dirty. The ceiling tiles were hanging down and black and the paint was peeling on the ac registers...thebooths floors and glass were filthy Dirty dishes and spray bottles sitting all around the restaurant and we never saw a managerbecause apparently she/he was the cook... Do yourself a favor and close this location and quite honestly I have not been to alocation in years as you were declining at previous locations I have visited. The staff kept us waiting for more than 30 minutes. I had to tell a server to inform the server for our table Dominiqu to take... our order. It took about another 30 minutes for the food to be served to us. The omelette that I ordered was almost at roomtemperatur., quite a bit burned, the cheese inside was hard and the overall taste was bland. I did not enjoy the service or thefood at all. Waitstaff was awesome. I think crystal the name but don?t get me lying. It?s corporate made food so recipes maintain a taste.... (Which I enjoy) but I was just b4 the wait, in & out. Me & my boy got it in. Full belly to run around enjoying our Saturday inbeautiful cypress area. Read more
Service was very slow. Our meal took a very long time to come to our table and it was not very busy. Women's Restrooms 2... stalls were out of order and the floors were full of water. Food was ok once we got it but probably will not return. This isour second attempt here and both experiences were disappointing. Read more
If i could give no stars i would , i really feel like this ihop needs to be inspected for food safety concerns i order 2... kids meal with the chicken strips an the chicken was completely raw in the middle if I wouldn't have cut in pieces for mychild they would have consumed raw chicken !! I loved eating at this location. Our server was great & the food was very good. The place was packed but out food was served... promptly. The only negative I can say about this location is the Hostess had a sourpuss attitude. She was clearly not a happyemployee & since she is the first person customers encounter, it does not bode well. But the Server made up for her. And theshort order cooks do not receive the recognition they deserve since they literally unnoticed by the customers. I really wish I would?ve read the reviews before coming to this location. An order was placed over the phone given specific... instructions for NO tomatoes & onions on my omelette. The person on the phone also said the food will be ready in 20 minutes.Upon arriving, another 20 minutes was added to that & it took about an hour total. Once getting the food home, the omelette thatwas instructed to have zero onions & tomatoes had PLENTY & because of their placement, I had to handpick them from on top &underneath the cheese layer on top messing up the whole layout of the omelette. The steak was also dry as though the food wasready way before we were unnecessarily told another 20 minutes was needed for preparation. I usually go to the location on Hwy 6& have NEVER had a problem w/ them. I?m not understanding why this location is lying about when food will be ready on top ofignoring specific instructions on how the food should be prepared for the paying customer. What bothers me most is how thepeople that choose to ignore instructions, have ZERO disregards for customers health. Thankfully I am not allergic to onions &tomatoes but if I were, I would be requesting a complete refund for the whole $60 order. You guys need to do better or shutdown.
