An employee just cursed at my wife and I at their drive through. Needless to say we left. When I tried to call no one would... answer. I called multiple times. Highly unprofessional, I won?t be eating here again and we live across the street. That reallysays something. I would rather drive 10 minutes than eat here. Gross! Floor was sticky, soda machine out on most flavors, frozen French fries, sticky condiments, not one employee wearing... gloves, stood at the register 5-7 minutes before anyone even acknowledged that I was there, and no sourdough buns for sourdoughjack. . . Horrible. First and last time I will go to this location. I ordered the Ultimate Cheeseburger and it was not what it used to be.... Quality of food is despicable. In fact, it was so tiny I thought I?d gotten a kids meal. Not only that, it was cold and greasy.Guy at the window wouldn?t speak, even though I tried to be friendly. Oh he spoke english just fine, as I heard him talking andcarrying on with co-workers. Customer service doesn?t matter to this loser.The cardboard box my cheeseburger was in had beenthrown in to the paper bag, was 1/2 open with cheeseburger falling out into paper bag, there were no napkins. Again, cold greasyfood. Due to the unprofessional behavior of these incompetent employees, I decided not to take my order back in to complain, butthrew it in the trash instead. Last time. Either they are intentionaly trying to rip us off or they're just plain incompetent. No matter how clearly you tell them your... order items will still not be included but will still charge you. Please, just close down already so another establishment cantake over. This one single location alone has made me dislike Jack in the Box overall. Read more

They stole my moms card and my wrote down my dads card number. I guess it was time for them to take my card!!! What fun. Just... PATHETIC. Pay the employees better money and maybe they will stop stealing customers cards!! Read more

At this restaurant is just bad service, we stop by to trying to grab a "quick bite". Personnel is not paying atention to front... counter (I ordered for dine in, it took 30min to receive the food and it was wrong) the employees front counter/drive thru andseem that they DON'T know what to do. The back kitchen are just talking in Spanish and laughing. Oh and the soda machine iscomplete out of 80% of flavor options. Am actually very surprised I had just a bad experienced giving the fact I have visitedmajor Jack restaurants and strongly believe they can do SO much better. Obviously management strongly need more lead training. Idon't think I would stop by here again. Hopefully this doesn't happen to ANY one else again. Read more
