I placed order at 5:48 p.m. and received confirmation about order. At 6:00 p.m. I receive email that the pizza is loaded and... ready for pick up. Today is halloween and they said it would be a hour and half for pizza even if its a hot and ready ive never waited more than 10... min at any location especially for something that?s supposed to be hot n ready. Customer service was on par. It was Monday night and busy and it seemed like maybe 2-3 people were working, max. And one guy was... doing most of the work. Wish I remembered his name. First time I get some nasty attitude at this place. She is a fairly young black girl with ponytail . It seemed like she would... be nice but her sarcasm and saying no no no. When I asked a question was frustrating. I do understand is a busy time but come onthis was just sad to watch. Young girl that can?t handle the stress of a pizza place . Waited 30 mins beyond my guaranteed wait time for a simple order of a few pizzas that we placed online. They did look short... staffed, and it was a Friday night. I was waiting with around 4 other people for my order. They were apologetic and at least myorder was hot and fresh when I got it, everything tasted delicious. Read more

Normally never have any issues, but placed an order through the app for pickup, and never got notification that it was ready.... Found out that the lady there put my items in the hot and ready area instead of the area to pick up online orders. Then tried tocharge me for it when I had paid online already. Read more

My pizza was so good today! Sure, this is considered a last minute dinner, but their pizza has been on point!
