Everytime I go through the drive thru they always have us pull up to the next window and forget that we're there. 7-8 cars... behind us will get their food before us. By the time we get our food, it's cold. This is ridiculous and really annoying. Youshouldn't make people pull up if you're going to forget about them. Last time they did this I had to call the restaurant toremind them we're still there. Read more

First-Stop the Mobile orders. You don't have the staff (like every business) so why have 100% of the experiences be a... hostile/negative one. Second-put someone in the lobby processing orders by those less tech savvy(older) people. This wouldeliminate two of your biggest rocks. Read more

Drive thru rushed me through placing my order, told me to finish ordering at the next window. Manager said he went to do... something else. Placed my order inside and they didn?t put the ketchup in my burgers, put it in the bag for me to do it. Had topull over and make the burgers for my kiddos on the drive back home. Read more

Drive though is quick. Dining in is ok, might take a little longer to get your food. Most of the team is concentrated for drive... through orders for faster service and prevent parking lot traffic. Read more

Waited for 10 minutes with no attention from staff that were more concerned over drive thru than counter customers. Finally... gentleman came up and said what did I need. With a disgusted look gave me the order. I asked for his name and low and behold hewas the manager Mr. Alvarado . So unprofessional if he is the example for his employees, I would not expect anything more fromthem. I will definitely not order fro this MC Donald for my staff again. Read more

For the past 2 weeks (or longer) they have been out of soft drinks a majority of the day. They used to be good, but maybe... they?ve switched staff so now food is cold, orders are wrong, and they forget you when they tell you to pull into a spot. Iwould find a better one if you can. Read more

I ate inside and it was a great experience. The interior is really pretty with plenty of seating. You can order on a touch... screen or through a person. They have some computers for kids to play on in the back. We sat and the food was brought to us whenit was ready. I would definitely return to this location. Read more
