Best Thai food so far in Houston. I have been back 4 times in 10 days. The green curry is absolutely divine.

Do not recommend, the fried calamari was so over fried and tasted like paper. And the Pad Thai we ordered was way toooo sweet,... do not recommend unless you are a sweet lover. The pineapple fried rice was fine tho Read more

The food was just what I was looking for. I ordered the wide rice noodle plate with fried tofu and the tom yum soup (coconut... soup with chicken and mushrooms) it was delicious. I would highly recommend. They also have sushi for those who aren?t up forThai. Read more

Lovely and bubbly waitress. Service was 10/10. Not my favorite yellow curry; the potatoes were slightly hard and i wish it came... with carrots too. We ordered the dumpling appetizer which was okay. Fried banana and coconut ice cream was great although I?venever seen the fried banana in an egg roll shell! The table top was also covered in paper and crayons were apart of the tableset up so little ones could color. Read more

Nara Thai is probably one of the best Thai restaurants in this area. This is our 5th visit, but we ordered many times for... delivery. You are likely get bigger portions if you dine-in. The food is awesome. Today we tried Papaya salad, Crab fried rice,Tomyam soup and Padthai noodles. Kids just loved it. Portion was big we can't finish. It also provides Halal chicken and beef, but you should ask the person before ordering. We will surely visit here again. Read more

My family really liked this place when it was previously called Ano Thai. Even under new management, my kids love their fried... rice. But I can't help feeling that their serving sizes have gone slightly smaller whilst the prices have gone up, and they seemto be adding in less protein (eg meat) when you add, say chicken to your fried rice or pad thai. But within the Cypress area, itis still a good Thai restaurant worth a visit. Read more

I was really lucky to have found this delicious food! I was near the highway, was starving, and had a giant appetite for Thai... food!! So, I looked into Google Maps for Thai restaurants near me, and Nara Thai came up; I consider myself as a very pickyperson, so I naturally read some reviews and watched some pictures of the place. When I got to the place it didn?t seem so nicefrom the outside and the businesses around it either, but when I got on the inside, the place was really nice and cozy. Theirmenu had a lot of different dishes, but I knew exactly what I was looking forward eating! So, I wanted to eat some curry withchicken, but they had 5 different kind of curries, which I had never tried before, as far as I knew there only existed a yellowone (lol), so the waiter was very nice and recommended me one, the RED curry, and as I?m a spring roll lover, of course I had toorder some too!! I was impressed by the time the spring rolls came my way, as I?m used to other Thai restaurants which onlybring 2 pieces, I got 4 and some side salad! There is no need to say they tasted delicious and the peanut sauce was delicioustoo!!!! And when my red curry came, I had a fantastic and tasteful experience, it had bamboos inside, and a good portion ofchicken. At the time of paying, I would have thought it would be very expensive, but it actually was cheaper than other places.I paid for the spring rolls $6 and $11 for the curry which was obviously worth the price! I would love to come back and trysome other plates in the future! Read more

I like how you pay attention to the interior details. The lights are even better. You have even ubiquity wifi on the ceiling,... which is probably only meant for your pay terminals, but hopefully you can open network for the guests as well. Food tastesgreat, portions are big. The only thing I'm getting frustrated lately in Houston, - that almost every Asian restaurant is usingfoam boxes. I understand that they are cheap. But it is our health as well. 24 cents for container vs 8 cents comparing to the$30-40 check. Read more
