The customer service is poor unfortunately I and 3 others are waiting 20 mins + for a simple smoothie. No one was before me so... it bothers me that they value mobile order over walkins. I regret coming, They failed to update reassure me that they areworking on my simple order and as others are walking in I?m noticing the girl complete their orders before mine. Great spot to stop in for super fresh fruit every time. Tons of fun, refreshing combos to choose from. This spot is usually... steady with customers but never takes too long to complete your order. The Dragon Fruit is our go to. It includes banana,coconut flakes, strawberry, pineapple, and granola. 10/10 would recommend for a cold snack when it?s hot outside or after yourworkout. Read more
If I have to give a rating on service it would be 3 stars. My rating on quality of food I give a five star. I really like coming... here because it?s in close proximity to where I live, but if there was a location with better service closer by I would gothere. I frequently come to this location. The purpose of online ordering is so you can go in and grab your food and leave. Nottoo long ago, I placed an order the night before to pick up my food the next morning on my way to work. When I got there thedoors were locked and the lights were off but my order had been paid for. Today I placed an order online. I walked in the girlsays we?re working on it now. I stood there for 25 minutes, only to find out that my order had been in the refrigerator theentire time. All the girl was able to say was ?I?m sorry?. ???? Communication/customer service sucks!!! first time here, was in mood for a healthy fresh juice and we were in the neighborhood. the juices we ordered was good and... probably fair average price as compared to other places but she it was our first time, your cashier could be more hospitable andmore friendly. Edit to increase my star review: it?s inconsistent depend on who make it. The response from them below showed they take... customer feedback so I would give them more chances. My kids and I are still go for our açaí bowls. I was completely shockedat how this place has become. My kids go there a lot for the açaí bowl. Taste great but lately they only fill in half full . Açaí bowls is $10.23 after tax and we typically add $1 tip. So $12 & we get it like the picture attached, very disappointed. Read more
