Staff happily corrected a wrong order with no hassle. In and out fast. Most reliable Papa John's location.
As you can tell from my other reviews, I am fair in my ratings. If I receive great experience, I say so. If I receive a bad... experience, I also say so. I had used a 3rd party for delivery. With third party, you can schedule a time for delivery. Thismanager is unfamiliar with how to use their third party system. Here's likely what happened: someone read the order items andthey began right away. No one reviewed the order to see it was a scheduled delivery. No one noted the prompt that alerts you toit. They made it and marked it as "ready for pickup." They completed the order nearly an hour early. The customer received anotification that order was on its way. Customer contacted the store. Manager, instead of actually checking, decided to dig intheir heels and try to say the 3rd party didn't tell her. Instead of trying to rectify, they advised the customer to get the 3rdparty to fix their mistake for them. "What's the problem with getting it early?" The delivery wasn't to a house. It's to avenue without means of keeping the pizza warm for its guests until the event time. That's why it was supposed to be a scheduleddelivery. Read more
I can?t have cheese right now so I ordered no cheese... but I did order sauce and Canadian bacon and there?s hardly any. Very... disappointed! They get one star because I have to and because the delivery was quick. Read more
If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered before 10 am today for a 4:30pm delivery of heart pizzas for my kids. I... requested an early delivery so that the delivery drivers wouldn?t have to be on icy roads. It?s almost 6pm and it has notarrived. I?ve tried calling and it just rings busy. I?ve tried contacting costumer service and they told me to submit a claimand wait 48 hours. I really want to never order from papa John?s again but my kids are very sad about the heart pizzas. So nowmy husband is on the roads to do carry out from another location! Terrible service! Read more
I've ordered from this place many times and their pizza has always been superb, and the delivery drivers are super nice. Lately,... their new stuffed crust has been killer, and the FREE garlic dip that comes with your pizza has stepped up its game too. itmight cost +$20 for a pizza and delivery but you can bet its worth it!
