Last night I went for drive thru and they said the food I ordered will be available in 10-15 minutes. So I waited. Until it is... already more than 30 minutes and I didn?t get my order yet. Not that there aren't already enough bad reviews for this location, but I'm adding mine now. I have been trying to get a refund... for 3 1/2 months now - or at least someone to contact me back - for a meal I purchased back on 5/25/22. I ordered two of theirfamous chicken sandwiches and when I got home I had one chicken sandwich and one sandwich that had 2 chicken strips instead ofthe chicken breast I paid for. I also received a greasy bag full of fries that never made it into the little paper holderthey're supposed to put them in. Check out the pictures for proof. I checked the website and they don't even offer a chickenstrip sandwich. I have been in contact with their Restaurant Brands International help desk on 8 different occasions only to betold repeatedly that they will have the owner of the location follow up with me and I have NEVER been contacted by phone oremail. But I'm not surprised because I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau on 7/25/22 and recently learned on8/13/22 that the business failed to even respond to them! But all of this is ok. The Universe and karma will catch up withthem eventually and they'll be out of business! You can't sustain a business with this kind of service.
