Last night I went for drive thru and they said the food I ordered will be available in 10-15 minutes. So I waited. Until it is... already more than 30 minutes and I didn?t get my order yet. Not that there aren't already enough bad reviews for this location, but I'm adding mine now. I have been trying to get a refund... for 3 1/2 months now - or at least someone to contact me back - for a meal I purchased back on 5/25/22. I ordered two of theirfamous chicken sandwiches and when I got home I had one chicken sandwich and one sandwich that had 2 chicken strips instead ofthe chicken breast I paid for. I also received a greasy bag full of fries that never made it into the little paper holderthey're supposed to put them in. Check out the pictures for proof. I checked the website and they don't even offer a chickenstrip sandwich. I have been in contact with their Restaurant Brands International help desk on 8 different occasions only to betold repeatedly that they will have the owner of the location follow up with me and I have NEVER been contacted by phone oremail. But I'm not surprised because I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau on 7/25/22 and recently learned on8/13/22 that the business failed to even respond to them! But all of this is ok. The Universe and karma will catch up withthem eventually and they'll be out of business! You can't sustain a business with this kind of service. Like seriously stop giving out old chicken sandwiches they horrible old and cold fries it takes 2mins to fry fresh fries. Yall... rushing to get food out make sure its hot???? i come here to often its only when this 1 man is there when my food is right. Iwish i knee his schedule. Read more
By far the worst Popeyes. It?s right by the house so I continue to give them chance after chance and Every time they let me... down. Always out of condiments. I literally got there one evening and the employee asked me how I was and so respectfully Isaid great how are you. He continued to tell me the other employee just left in the middle of his shift and he couldn?t serveme? I said ?Why, your working aren?t you?? He said ?Yes, but I?m just going to be honest?.I?m not going to take the order,make the food, package the food, and serve the food. It?s just not going to happen.? Spicy Chicken sandwich used to be good at this location. The chicken on mine was flat dry and chewy. The worst chicken sandwich... I?ve ever had from this location. It was at 4:45pm on Saturday and there was only one car at the drive in window so it?s notbecause they were busy. Some lazy help perhaps that?s only interested in a paycheck and not serving up qualityfood. Unfortunately, I will have to try another location and hopefully they will be better. Read more
Thanks for burning my chicken sandwich, it looks just like the picture. Also, the beans and rice was mostly rice. The fries were... cold and limp. Biscuit was barely cooked. There was nobody in line either, so it's not like being busy was an excuse. Read more
