First I wanna say I Love Canes! But this location I don't know what it is?. I normally stop here on my way to go pick up my son... from school and I go through the Drive thru. I'll order a kids meal or the 3 Finger with Coleslaw on the side. Before tellingthe person on the other end of the speaker my drink. I'll say "EXTRA CRISPY ALL THE WAY " Then I'll say my drink. It neverfails.... ??????????????? 1st they never put napkins in the Togo bag then my Chicken & Fries and not CRISPY!!!!! I have to parkand go inside so they can get my order right. One time I checked my bag and no napkins so I had to park and go inside. Defeatsthe purpose of going through the Drive Thru.
