Worst place I?ve ever been to. Dirty, the lady is super rude and barely speaks English, and they have almost nothing there
Rude.. rude.. and more rude. This location sucks and the 2 women who work the front are awful. Bad attitude and they don?t tell... the truth. There donuts are usually cold and they act like they are doing you a favor. Cold donuts and hot donuts are the sameprice.. patronize establishments who want to deliver quality and customer service. The lady literally stole $5 from me. I gave her $10.60 for my $3.59 purchase. I was supposed to get $7.01 and she only gave me... $2. Then when I asked for the rest of my change she claimed I only gave her a $5. I have never been so stunned before. I onlyhad a 10 in my wallet. I was so shocked I told her she could keep it. Never knew a Shipleys could be so Bad, Old, Stale Golly-Geeze. What else is there to say.... Demeanor of staff & food... ... Someone died & left a child in Charge.... Horrible customer service, I asked if they had any warmer donut holes to which the employee replied "there's the microwave" and... gestured towards it . I'm sorry but to a paying customer I don't think that is a valid response Read more

They don't properly charge, I ordered 1 1/2 dozen donuts and some kolaches and instead of itemizing my order, they just punched... in 2 dozen doughnuts. Asked them why they did that and they responded that it was correct, but since I always order the sameamount and know how much I usually pay, I asked them to fix it. They went to call their manager to fix it. Good thing I lookedat my receipt, who knows how often they do this. Another thing happened while I was waiting for they to fix the money issue. Alady pulled a rack of donuts and they fell on her shirt, instead of throwing them away, or putting them away to not be sold tocostumers, she just placed them back on the rack. Read more
