Not impressed. Staff not very friendly. Service slow. Food is ok. Didn't get the shrimp appetizer as advertised for hibachi.... Ikura not fresh, cloudy and slimy texture. Order not correct. They did however make a effort at the end for my daughter'sbirthday. This place is severely understaffed, management needs to fix this or they will loose customers. Read more
The service is friendly and quick. The food is consistently good. Try the Volcano and Shaggy Dog rolls. You won't regret it.
This is my 18's favorite local restaurant, they've never failed to deliver a great hibachi meal
I suggest not getting the sushi but the fried rice is always amazing here and I love the filet mignon!
Shogun has been a family favorite in my family for over 10 years if it was 8 to 10 years ago I would have given them for five... stars. We have frequented this location for birthdays and they would have the staff come out and sing Happy Birthday and thenprovide a free dessert .....in the PAST. This time they offered me orange wedges and a cherry as my birthday dessert theydidn't sing or celebrate AND they forgot to bring the dessert (not only mine but dessert being ordered from the menu fromothers) and brought out the check... 3/5 of us got sick immediately after eating. Also a guy sitting across from us had the stomach issue as well. I know this... because he was yelling gestures about wanting to use the toilet and that I was taking my time on the toilet (only one toilet).Food wasn?t great, sprite tasted weird, Bad stomach cramps instantly.
