I just want to know why all of the stalls are ?Temporarily Out if Service? and have been that way longer than I can count. Also... they could wipe the cups off before delivering food and drinks. No one likes a sticky dripping cup. It ain?t that hard to putthe drink in the cup not outside it. Read more

Absolutely never again. I placed an app order for a strawberry cheesecake shake. It was brought out me and completely... melted. After attempting to get the workers? attention several times, I walked to the door with my melted shake. Employees madeeye contact, but no one offered assistance until I knocked on the door with my melted shake in hand saying I neededassistance. I asked if were possible that I get a shake that wasn?t melted. They washed off the lid, scooped the same toppings,whipped the shake and gave me the same shake back in the same sticky cup with the melted shake down the sides of it. Read more

Sonic 290 ridiculously slow 15+ mins for 3 sandwiches and an order of frys which were also cold and got order completely wrong.... one star . grilled cheese burger was soggy and full of onions and enough ketchup for four burgers when ordered plain and dry.like most our youth they dont follow instructions and do not listen. had no taste only fast food decent around here is ChickFila across the street and Whataburger. meat quality burned and small portion . really should have thrown it in the garbagewasnt fit for human consumption. This particular location is a disappointment. I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt on my first visit because they seemed... understaffed, however when I asked for marinara sauce THAT IS INCLUDED when you order mozzarella sticks, Amber?s response was?you didn?t ask for it?. So if you work there or ever ordered from sonic via the app, you know that there is not an option toadd marinara sauce on the app nor take it off of the mozzarella stick order. So again, went back a second time, only this time,I did not even bother to argue with Amber because she did not have a pleasant attitude or smile on her face yet again and justwent home without the tasty sauce. Wait times are long and ridiculous tbh. Needs better staffing. If they are short staffed, myapologies, however, car hops should at least provide good customer service and be apologetic about incorrect orders or waittimes. I will make sure to skip this sonic to go the one one on Hwy 6 N or ANY other sonic nearby, since even on my secondvisit, they could not get it right. This is honestly the worst experience I've ever had at a sonic. More than half of the stalls were down. I waited 8 minutes in... the drive thru and the employee said my online order was there but when i pulled up, they said my order was not in the system.They said my online order got sent to the wrong location(20 minutes away), and even though i had a receipt. The manager andemployee still wouldn't accept my receipt for my online order. When I asked how to cancel the order they had no idea how to doit. This is a very poorly ran location. Read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Rude staff, doesn't listen to order and got it wrong, must have shut app ordering down... early as the app said I could order but they made us go through drive through which means we didn't get any of the appdiscounts. Also tried to not provide a receipt as proof of their errors. Tots tasted terrible, not sure if its the kind of oilor old oil, barely put any cheese on cheese tots. Blast barely had any peanut butter in it and was 3/4 plain ice cream becauseI guess mixing is too much effort. Sonic Executives, your restaurants suck! Read more
