I waited 25 minutes in the drive thru line for one drink and had to leave because there were still 2 cars still in front of me... and I was running late for work. Terribly slow poor service! This is not the first time either, but that timing is ridiculous. Read more
Can't make this up. Ordered at 6:45pm on 9-11. Ordered churros, 2 pretzels, 2 churro shakes and a route 44 limeade. This older... white guy comes out without the shakes, asks if we want bbq sauce for our pretzels and starts to walk back in with our cheesesauce on his tray. The churros have no cinnamon or sugar and have 2 salt packs in them.We had to holler at to tell him about theshakes. 2 minutes after he brings our shakes that have been sitting obviously, my wife sees him out back smoking. UPDATE:Originally gave a lower rating, but management reached out and handled my order. I'm very happy with how it was rectified and Iwill definitely be coming more often. Read more
This Sonic used to be better. They take forever bringing out anything from just drinks to hot foods. It doesn't matter if I've... ordered through the app or drive thru. It's ridiculous. Currently writing this review while waiting for 2 drinks and it's already been 20+ minutes. Lady who works here comes out and... asked me if I am waiting for anything. I told her my " 2 " drinks order. She responded, " ok " and goes out to her car in theparking lot. Watching another guy randomly walking in and out of the kitchen not wearing any sonic clothes on his phone playingwith the girl in the parking lot. Entertained myself by reading all the other bad reviews this place has while waiting and itseems like this location doesn't care. I'm sure glad I'm just passing through and don't live here. This locationsucks. Complete waste of time... I'm going to the gas station instead to spend my money and time more wisely. Read more
Zero stars! The slowest drive thru ever. Waited for 25 minutes for 2 slush floats. One car was at the window for 15 minutes and... instead of having him pull up they just made everyone wait. Definitely will not be going back. Read more
If you wanna sit in a drive through line for over 30 minutes this is your place to go. I?d understand if they were actually... busy, but they weren?t. We sat at the pickup window for 15 minutes watching the employee casually walk back and forth not doinganything at all. Never open early and alway a simi delivery truck blocking the drive thru service is very slow when they are open. Always... friendly ppl working but that doesn't make up for the service when you have to be at work.
