This location sucks. I went in there yesterday at around 3:15pm. I ordered two quad shots on ice in a venti cup with 4 pumps of... brown sugar syrup, light vanilla cold foam and cinnamon on top. I get it?s a bit complicated especially for the newer baristataking my order so I repeated it 3 times and double checked before walking away, he nodded his head. Both drinks got made wrong,my problem wasn?t with the newer employee, my issue was the the barista making the drinks. I told her the drink was wrong andtried to explain to her how to make it because I knew the newer employee took the entire order wrong. She was so dismissive andsaid ?You?re fine, I got it? She made both drinks wrong again. As a barista myself I understand that it can get hectic duringrush hours, however I also understand the importance of listening to a customer to get their order right instead of being metwith a passive aggressive attitude. I seldom take the time to post reviews unless service is so great or so bad in this case it?s worse than bad, if I could give... zero stars I would. Customer service is horrible, drive through customers seem to be main focus while customers standing at thecounter treated like chopped liver. Waited 15 mins for a simple cup of black coffee, unbelievable and the store wasn?t even thatbusy they were only six people in the store itself. I was pretty bummed about my last experience here. I usually come here almost every day, and last time was just not cool. I have... never been mean or disrespectful to anyone here (and funny enough, I used to work at that location) and I have always gottenalong with the people here. I will also mention, I have worked with Starbucks for years, and I have never dealt with someonewith such a spiteful attitude at any location before. Not have I ever worked a Starbucks location with anyone who has acted thatway. I totally get we all have bad days, and sometimes it is harder to deal with people on those days, but to completelydisrespect a customer all because they asked (kindly) a simple request and then turn around and do something out of pure spiteand negative energy is not cool. If you are wanting to purposely try and ruin someone?s day and mood you should not be workinghere. Customer service has always been something dear to me, and this girl did not provide it. Unfortunately, I do not think Iwill be going to this location anymore, as all it takes is one person to completely ruin your taste for a location. The managerwas very helpful, and the other employees do a great job. But she has ruined my experience here and I think I will just chose anew location to go to now. Read more

Terrible attitude. Some of your store associates really need to work on how to be polite, especially Tori. Not only was she... extremely rude, but also refused to honor my birthday reward even after seeing my ID. I felt she did that because of the hijab. Read more

Why do you sell reusable cups if your employees refuse to refill them? Super frustrating especially since she had no issue... grabbing my physical credit card (which has never been cleaned) to swipe but can?t take my freshly clean cup. Just don?tadvertise these reusable cups and let people buy them thinking they will be able to get them refilled. Thanks for contributingto our trash crisis ???????? Read more

I?ve continued to give this store the benefit of the doubt and have kept coming. It isn?t often I find a Starbucks even worth... reviewing as most are consistent with their service. However, this store I have constant issues with orders, customer service,and I?m not a fan of the new renovation layout flow. Most my encounters with employees have been very unfriendly. They aresnarky and rude. It seems management has given them scripted responses. I order the same drink and never have issues at otherstores. However, they went through the effort of charging me $.70 for an extra splash of oat milk. I don?t mind paying for mydrink to be made right, but I don?t understand how they are the one store that has issues with making it and then using the ?wearen?t allowed? to add an extra milk. I hope they figure it out. Until then, I?ll take my business elsewhere. Read more

Iced caramel macchiatos (made upside down) are fairly universal, so a particular location isn?t really going to stand out.... Docked 2 stars because it?s become insanely expensive! I love the bacon Gouda breakfast sandwiches, but at several locationsthey are having inventory issues. Read more

Typical chain coffee shop. I recommend you order on the mobile app then walk inside to pick up your order - that's the fastest... way! The recent trend of storing cardboard boxes of product in the dining room really confers the feeling that they don't wantus to stay inside and drink our coffee. Read more
