I always receive above and beyond customer service from Yesi and Trey at my local Starbucks in this Kroger. I just moved here a... few months ago and I'm a daily Starbucks drinker and easily make friends with my local barristas. I have to say when ever Yesiis not there, you feel it! She brightens my mornings and my drink is always ready and made correctly. I have received poor andoutright rude customer service from other barristas at this location and have reported it to Yesi. Since then, I feel theoverall customer service has greatly improved! It's so wonderful to see a company that supports Hispanic women in management! Worker Karyna ignored my order after I had placed it waited 20 minutes and kept giving people their orders after me even after I... told her hey is my order almost ready she still kept ignoring it and giving more people behind me theirs. It was only a sandwich& banana nut bread for my 3 year old. Not sure why she treated me different than any other customer. Any other time I?ve goneusually everyone else is super nice and polite. Place was empty no employees around waited for 10 min, no on break sign must be nice to get paid to do nothing

My favorite Starbucks!!! My coffee is always perfect. It?s always hot. Ms. Leisa does a wonderful job & so has everyone else... I?ve encountered when she isn?t there. If you are new to Starbucks don?t be afraid to try new drinks as they are patient howeverthey will perfect your favorite drink!! Read more
