Becareful when shopping at this location they add themselves a tip without your consent and claim that you were the one that... added the tip when all I did was tap my card and if I don?t ask for a receipt I would have not seen the actual amount until I?vedrove off and gotten the transaction alert from my bank. They claim to not be able to do anything about it since ?they don?twork for the company that processes the transactions ? was told to come back later and speak to the manager. I?ve bought from this location on other occasions and have been asked and sometimes not asked if I?d like to leave a tip. This time they didn?task just put the card reader out to charge. I've been coming here since they opened a few years ago. Customer service seems to be going downhill with every visit. My... breakfast is over $20. I don't spend my money to deal with an attitude. I'll soon find another location, hopefully that isn'tout of my way, where drive thru employees know a bit about kindness. Read more
Sad to say this but I did an Uber eats order from here and I got a matcha, well when I was almost done with my venti drink I... noticed something black on the side of my cup I thought it was just some matcha powder that wasn?t mixed in because that cansometimes happen but nope took a close look, stirred it, shook it and everything and it was still solid, turns out it was a bugand I saw 2 who knows if I drank some by accident. Fast, staff are friendly. Drove by everyday on my way to work. Drinks always came out correctly as ordered.
