I went to this starbuck inside Kroger. The cashier she unfriendly. Her name is NIKKY . I ordered iced coffee without sugar , add... splenda. But she didn?t not remove sugar of from my ice coffee order. She unpleasant to the customer . Customer service verybad. Read more

This particular Starbucks have all new management and they're struggling but they doing their best most of the time they don't... get my coffee right but when the managers there she will give me an extra one to come back the next day to fix which sometimes Ido and sometimes I don't but I still go there because I love Starbucks their sanitization goes at the window drive through mostof the times when I go up there it's not so clean it looks like they don't wipe that area down on a regular Read more

Got a couple of chai lattes and an espresso for my wife, not the friendliest young girls. Messy and dirty cups were given and... the teenager rolling of the eyes. I understand teenager quirks, but I'll just go get our drinks at another location for nexttime. Read more
Not that great of young ladies that work there. Unfriendly and very odd to be working at a Starbucks, usually the batistas are... usually friendly but here it's the attitude of a highway fast food place. I don't really recommend this Starbucks and it'sweird because it's inside a supermarket, which that's not the weird thing is that the supermarket is a very friendly clean andnice supermarket which doesn't make sense to have ghetto type of employees there.
