It is no longer opened and shut down months ago. Go to the other one by the dominos.

Unreliable business operation hours. Took my business to another subway 4 miles not in the Fairfield area.

If I can give it zero stars I would. Every single time I come and it says it?s open at 10 AM?.it?s never open. The staff or... owner is completely rude and talks to you like he has no customer service training. Read more

Today my wife and I went into this location to get lunch for our family. We entered the store and did not receive any... communication from the employee, the older African American male that was behind the counter he just stared at us. He snatchedsome gloves and put them on and just stood there. We had to say to him hello are you ready to take our order? ( it?s not ourjob, this is your business and your work here not us). The worker finally said to us with an attitude ?I?m here waiting, you seeI have my gloves on?. My question to you is how will the customer know if you are ready if you do not communicate? Also how areas customers are we suppose to feel when that is the only communication that comes out of your mouth? We turned around and left,we will not be going back to this subway again. We then went to the Subway on Mason Rd. Only to find that this subway is ownedby the same rude man that worked at the other location. If we would have known that we would have never spent our money in theseestablishments. The subway on Mason did provide excellent customer service, however the impudent older black sealed the deal ofus never spending money at either establishment as long as his impolite self is the owner of those establishments. Communicationcan go along way, and what we experienced is poor communication skills and overall bad customer service. From today movingforward we won?t be going to any subway in or around Cypress, due to the experience at this location. Read more

I walked in this subway with my sweatshirt over my nose and mouth because I didn?t have a mask on me this specific day (I had... just forgotten one, as most people do). Then, the lady working asked if I had one, which I then told her I didn?t, and she saidI needed one. Without offering a mask, she said I needed one or I couldn?t be in the store. While this sort of makes sense, itdoesn?t. I was protected by my sweatshirt, fabric that is actually thicker than a mask, and was distanced by the glass. I didgive attitude, I won?t deny that, however if a customer is covered by any means, give them business. There?s truly no differencebetween a mask and a sweatshirt. I?m protected, you?re protected, and we?re definitely 6 feet apart with no contact. If you?rethinking about going to subway, just keep in mind that you won?t be receiving good customer service. This is the best Subway restaurant i've ever eaten at! I've been frequenting for at least 30 years...sometimes not going back... awhile because of low quality or small portions of meat! Well Carlos and Margaret have revived my Subway Spirit with greatattitudes, a clean and stocked store and now a wonderful bbq brisket sandwich that is amazing! Thanks so much Carlos! Read more
