This subway is by far the worst one near the barker cypress area. I?m all for understanding that everyone needs work and needs... to start somewhere but you can see that no proper training has been in place here for a while. Every time I go to this locationI?m constantly having to repeat myself because most of the employees don?t understand english and only speak Spanish. It?s fineif they don?t understand completely but can still do their job but when I?m repeating myself 6 times my order STILL comes outwrong it?s a problem. I ordered a simple tuna sandwich with swiss cheese lettuce and spinach and honey mustard. She repeated theorder and started making my sandwich. I then take my attention off the employee to pick out some chips and the sandwich was madewith no cheese, no lettuce barley any tuna and with Mustard not HONEY MUSTARD!! It?s not that hard to follow instructionsespecially with me pointing at what I want and repeating myself over and over. Then when you ask them to remake the sandwichthey give you attitude and talk in Spanish to the other employees laughing as if it?s your fault they messed up your order. Go here only if you want old mayo (contains eggs for those who don't know) from unwashed bottles, gnats and mildew in your... drinks, moldy onions, poorly washed dishes holding your toppings, and multiple kinds of contamination everywhere. I canguarantee you that in the span of multiple years exactly ZERO staff were trained properly in how to clean that drink station. Infact, there was no training at all. Free ice ain't free if it comes with mold and an *exciting* time in the bathrooms nobodywants to clean thoroughly. What a lovely kick in the shin there. If you are strictly NO MEAT or find yourself to be the *lyingfew who were "allergic", don't bother entering. Everything has touched the meat. The bread, veggies, and cheese. Everything. *(Isay "lying few" because they returned often despite the contamination being an actual constant. Clearly they saw norepercussions to keep them away.) Just saying. You're better off avoiding this place like the plague. But that wouldn't stopmanagement. Even during covid, they tried to get people to work after they had called in sick. But you'd never know if saidemployee were masked. ???? ~From an ex employee who actually did care about safety and not potentially poisoning people duringan already hellish time. ?? P.s. The manager is the one perpetuate these behaviors and so following employees do thesame. Still wanna eat here? That's *you're* gamble. I've said my bit now I'm done with the entire company for good. I purchased a foot long which I normally do once a week. The next week, I purchased the same sub and it was a dollar more in a... weeks time? I understand the issues with supply chain and inflation but this was ridiculous and unacceptable. No more Subwayfor me. Read more

I ordered online on Saturday. The order came wrong, I stead of a steak teriyaki I received a chicken teriyaki without any sauce,... it didn't taste teriyaki. I went back to the store and the attendant, who named himself "D" got my phone to ask the managerNikole to call me back on the next day. I am still waiting. I sent an email to the store and nothing happened. After readingthe reviews I realized that they don't care for the online orders and prepaare whatever they want because people will see athome only. wowowow. i am so disappointed. after making an order of 3 sandwiches online, only one came with the correct order. we ordered a... STEAK teriyaki sandwich, and guess what we got? CHICKEN teriyaki. and it doesnt even taste like teriyaki. i asked for chickenwith a bunch of stuff including avocados and cheese, but i think i messed up when i changed the size so im not even going tocomplain about that. UPDATE: my mother just went to complain about the incorrect order about the sandwich and received the WORSTcustomer service by someone who was super rude who said his name was ?D? and had a tattoo on his arm that says ?Margaret?. So my sister decided to pick-up an afternoon meal for her, myself, and my mother. Upon biting into the below subway sandwich I... felt something hard cut my gum and hurt my tooth. Upon slowing removing the sandwich out my mouth I found a piece of broken offplastic. I?m so angry for multiple of reasons one being Covid-19 is very real and I don?t know where the plastic has been incontact with. Second my General safety especially being my tooth hurts and my gum was bleeding. Being it is a freshly madesandwich how did they not miss this piece of plastic in the sandwich. In any case I?m very dissatisfied with this matter! It?sNovember 15, 2021 and management still hasn?t reach out about the matter! I see where the workers get the culture of thisparticular franchise from. It?s now January 25, 2022 and management or the franchise owner has responded. This location has been the worst every time I?ve been there. Unfortunately it?s the nearest location and I have no other choice... but to go to this one. Every time I order a sandwich not only is the bread squished, but as well as the final outcome as well asit being a mess. The older lady with blonde highlights who?s usually making them has no delicacy and puts very little veggies onthem. The last time I had a mobile order and when I arrived to pick up the order at the time the app said it should be ready,they hadn?t even started it. Also I put special instructions for the sandwiches which were ignored since one was not to betoasted yet everything ended up being toasted. If management reads this review (hopefully) the staff needs to be retrainedespecially the lady with the blonde highlights. Read more
