Really fresh ingredients and friendly customer service. Edit: I have been a few more times and have this to add. Going for... lunch is definitely a better experience that going for dinner. The ingredients are fresher and they run out of stuff atnight. The rotating bowls really keep things interesting and make me want to keep going. Read more
The food is really good, but what you get is not consistent. I placed an order for pickup and when I got home we realized all... our bowls were only half full. I don?t think this is a sustainable way to do business, how can you charge people full price andgive people half of what they paid for? Good luck if you are doing pickups. Read more

#NOPE! I received a coupon in the mail for $5.00 off. I was like sure! Well needless to say the $5.00 barely covered the taxes... because this place high for salad. You only get 4 ingredients outside the salad base of the greens. You know, kale, spring mix,spinach, or lettuce. But for extra you can only choose 4. The meat is extra along with any additional salad options . I got received a very small, miniature scoop of tough textured grilled chicken for an extra $3.50. I was like "is that it?" It wasabout less than 1/4 of a cup. The salad was basic the least. This place is Over priced and Underwhelming. I felt nickel anddimed... NOPE! I Will Not go again! Read more
Ouch!! Almost $20 for a salad.. and no drink. that?s a lot!! I really don?t like five bad reviews but this is insane. I?m use... to going to salad places because I love salad, and they don?t charge extra for cheese or croutons, I understand the avocado andprotein are extra, but not general topping items, the cheese portion was a tablespoon. I went to the soft opening of Sweetgreen, and it was wonderful. I am not a salad person at all, I actually consider it to be... rabbit food, HOWEVER, this place has really changed my views on salad. It is so delicious, HIGH PROTEIN, and low carbs. I willdefinitely be going here again. Read more
