Trash customer service. Is there a reason the doors are locked? Is there a reason I got 4 large fries and was given 3 packs of... ketchup? I tried to walk inside to grab more but again, the doors are locked?.at 6:30 on a Friday. So I had to literally tap onthe window as the employees ignored me like I hadn?t just spent almost $50 there. I was motioned to go around?..back through theeternal drive thru line?.for condiments?..Terrible, horrible, dumpster fire customer service. You?re lucky I can?t do negativestars. Read more
This is my first review ever, but the terrible service warrants one. Ordering our breakfast was a chore in itself, repeated... myself over and over. We get to the window and the kid hands us a bag of food and says you're good to go, but we were stillmissing 2 orders. The kid says what are you missing, like dude we went over this order for 5 mins at the drive thru. 2 honeybutter chicken biscuits and French toast sticks, very simple. We finally get our whole order and all was good till I opened myhoney butter chicken biscuit, they forgot the CHICKEN, how do you forget the chicken. This place was not busy, we were first inline and a second car pulled up, but they weren't busy enough to be so lost. This isn't the first issue I've had with thisplace, but it will be the last. I prefer Wendy's over a lot of fast food chains now a days. The only bad experience was when i asked my husband to pick up 2... crispy chicken sandwiches and they gave him the most expensive chicken sandwiches, $20 total order, so just be careful when youorder as it's easy to get overcharged. This Wendy's location is not serving the public in the dining room the building has been closed and shut down for several weeks... and they will not allow anybody inside. Upon calling the management there I was advised that the AC is not working even for theemployees. I asked the management if he has put out a service order to have the AC repaired, he said that he had no knowledgeabout any service order and that there was not a timeframe for such a repair to be made. This sounds like a safety hazard ifthis is to be the case. For the employees this may be an illegal situation even to work in. Four things that should beaddressed. 1. Why is the AC not working? 2. Has a service order been made? 3. What is the time frame for such repairs to bemade? 4. Are such conditions hazardous to the employees? I contacted corporate and I'm currently filing another report to theBetter Business Bureau. Read more
When you?re a large fast food chain restaurant then what separates you from all the others??? Your service?. Unfortunately, at... this location I was actually told that it was going to be a while before someone could take my order because of being shortstaffed. There was 2 customers inside including me and I counted the cars in the drive thru and there was 3. If a team of 3people can?t serve 5 customers then I don?t even know what to say to that? Why were the dine in customers sent away? And not thecars? if you had time to talk to me then why couldn?t you just take my order? These were the questions I had and was left upsetabout so ultimately decided to give my money to their better competitor Whataburger. I typically love to visit Wendy?s for the great food they provide but this location has been gradually declining in their... quality across the board. When you order food, they never provide you with a receipt. I ordered the #2 Baconator with a MediumSweet tea. The tea taste as though it was mixed with some Coca Cola. The fries did not seem fresh and not hot at all. The burgerwas not bad. Be advised the prices are way incorrect to the display board. I stopped in at this Wendy's today on August 22,21 My experience was good. I ordered a 4 for 4. I like their Jr bacon from time... to time. The employee who took my order was patient and greeted me very kindly. Upon driving to the Wendy's I noticed that thearea outside was very clean. The employee who gave me my order once I got to the window to pay to receive my order he was verynice and he greeted me with a warm smile. So yes, I wouldn't mind going back to this location. Do not waste your time going to this Wendy?s. Either their listed operating hours are incorrect or more likely they consistently... close the restaurant early. It has happened to me at least 4 times now. They say they are open until midnight but they have beenclosed the past 4 times I went at 11pm and as early as 10pm once. I went earlier this week at 10:45pm and I could still seeemployees inside but they had already turned on the automatic message for the drive thru that said they were closed. Read more
