Don?t expect this place to be open when you come? The first time we went, it was around 9:30pm, so we were gonna grab a quick... bite. We order in the drive through ( and could not stand the lazy voice of cashier), then we pay, go to window, we grabbed thefood and checked it and some of the order was wrong. So they asked if they could make it again, driver said it?s ok and handedthe food back. What does she do?!!! She throws the food in the back of the truck as we were driving. Next, another time, we wentaround 4:30, obviously expecting the place to be open. No it was not, they locked the front door with employees in the diningroom. There was also an employee who seemed to be clocking in, she also didn?t go through the front but the back. So we decidedto follow her in there. We go inside, go to the counter, and computers screens are facing the other direction ( towards thedining room) like they were there only so that the workers can clock in. Lady who looks like the ?manager,? said she be with us,but took about five minutes. Much of the staff wasn?t even doing anything in the kitchen. Not to mention food (such as lettuce)was left uncovered and flies were hovering around it. I have never seen a Wendy?s like this, sorry excuse for a large business.Staff needs to be grateful for the job and customers. The new staff there has no idea how to listen. They must?ve failed that portion in kindergarten because they are awful. I... ordered a cheeseburger kids meal for my child yet I end up with nuggets I asked for ketchup and sweet-and-sour sauce and I endup with no ketchup, no sweet-and-sour sauce, but I got barbecue sauce. The word barbecue never came out of my mouth not one timeI don?t understand how they got that wrong twice this week. The cashier had a very poor attitude and not helpful at all. I will NOT be coming back to this wendys. Also the place was very... dirty. 20.00$ for 2 Dave singles and 2 drinks also unreasonable for price. Read more
The new manager at this location is absolutely wonderful (Dora or Maribel) I believe reading from my receipt. I don?t get much... time to ever sit down since most of time I?m on the go for work and usually have to eat in my vehicle. But today I didn?t havetoo and she made this location feel very welcoming! We waited about 12 minutes for our order. It was hot as expected. Further down the round we found they had neglected the sausage... patty. There were no customers inside the restaurant. We were the only ones in the drive-thru for the first 10 minutes. Was itso very hard to get the order correct? Read more
They consistently have issues at this location. Why is it that I was told the store was not open yet at 7:36am? When I inquired... about my online order then the store miraculously opened so that I could get my food. I ordered the Maple Bacon ChickenCroissant meal and what I got was a dry chicken and croissant only. Because I know what typically happens when you complain inthe drive thru, I would not dare ask them to remake it. So all I wanted was a price adjustment. Then I was told there was nomanager on duty at the time. I just don't know how this location continues to operate. Just avoid this Wendy?s. Especially if you want to dine in. Apparently this is the only fast food place around Cypress that... can?t staff up enough to open their doors on a daily basis. I don?t know how many times I?ve pulled up, walked up to lockeddoors and went somewhere else instead of going through the drive-through. Based on how dead this location is, I?d imagine lotsof people are doing the same. How do they stay in business with such little business? Last time we managed to dine-in they hadjust rolled out their hot fries guarantee and delivered me cold (yes cold) fries. Wendy?s needs to take a lesson from theMcDonalds down the street about how to turn around a restaurant. They used to be one of the slowest, worst chains around and nowthey have things down. I went to dine in for the first time! Restaurant was filthy dirty. Food was cold and no one cared!!!! I spent about $15 for a... meal. Not worth it. First and last time. I prefer Zaxby right next door for better food and quality. And they are Fast! Read more
