What I ordered vs what I got. Spent $56 and only $10 worth was correct. Also, missing all of the extra large fries we paid for.
Bought a breakfast bowl. That hardly had any food in the bowl at this location. Had a breakfast bowl at a different location a... couple miles from this location a couple days ago and it was full of food. Ridiculous! A sausage egg and cheese biscuit. With aspoon full of gravy! Read more
Terrible curbside service. Waited in car checked in 23 minutes after food was said to be ready. Drive thru would've been... quicker, just had lost my voice so couldn't order. So ridiculous. Such a poor and disappointing experience. Didn't even get anyKetchup. And my food is most likely not even hot. Read more
This is the slowest Whataburger ever. Don?t even know why there?s an option to order ahead on the app because you still end up... standing there for a half hour waiting for your food. Even while standing there waiting some kids came up and ordered at thecounter and got their food before me. Seems like the only way to get your order in a timely manner is to know the kids working. Employees don't seem to care about their job. There is 0 enthusiasm in helping customers with their order. The attention to... detail in getting your order right is non existent. Poor training all around with several employees on multiple shifts. Read more
Glad I paid extra for more fries for no reason. I also asked for grilled onions through the app on my burger and got no onions... instead. ALSO I requested ketchup with my order and didn?t get any. All of this was wrong in one order and it?s not the firsttime but it will be the last. I?m done. ????? Read more
This place is HORRID! I ordered 4 meals, 3 burgers and chicken strips. The burger meals get their fries, but they were short... changed, they must like to be stingy with their fries. Then the chicken meals fries got forgotten completely! Then on top ofthat, in my unopened, undipped gravy, THERE WERE CRUMBS AND SOME BROWN SUBSTANCE! I know burnt gravy when I see it, and that forsure isn't burnt gravy! This makes me sick to my stomach to think what else looks like that in the back ????. If you value yourbody and what you ingest, I suggest you stay as far away from this whataburger as you possibly can! Read more
This whataburger is 50/50 some days they are on point and super fast some days you get home with a order that's no where near... correct. Unfortunately today was no where near correct my burger was wrong. My wife's toast with the chicken strip meal wasburned to a crisp on one side and was not even toasted on the other. And my little girls meal didn't come with a cookie or fruitsnacks. The people are always friendly taking orders. My recipt was correct just not the food. Read more
