Would not recommend this location. The mangers are unwilling to help customers with inquiries on online order cancellations. I... spoke with manager Tara would told me to dispute the charge with my bank. We used to love Zaxby's! But this place has gone downhill! The chicken tenders have shrunk tremendously! Tonight the fries were... horrible with bitter taste obviously from old oil. Plus the cole slaws were spoiled! 4 Cole slaws in the trash! No more! Read more

I like zaxbys but stopped going here because they are never open at posted times. The doors are locked and i can see people... inside but they will only take drive thru and the food you get is old and reheated. Read more

If I could leave a zero I would. If I was the owner I would work on customer service with your younger employees. Tried ordering... about no less than 10 mins ago and could hear them gossiping in the kitchen like they didnt even want me to place an order. Thewhole time the young lady was just rushing over the mic like it bothered her . I get to finishing placing my order and sherudely laughs were out of dr pepper so I just say never mind drive around and shes laughing and waiving at me thru drive thruwindow like its a big joke.
