This was my 1st time to eat at a Zaxbys and it could be the last. The size of the chicken was ridiculously small and when I... asked if this was the normal size of the chicken strips the cashier said it was so I don't know that I'll be coming back. The service at the telecom where the order is placed at the drive thru was good. Unfortunately, the different young lady at the... service window was unfriendly. She gave us our order and that was was it, no words and we drove away. We parked somewhere elseand opened the bag and saw we had no sauce or ketchup. We had to drive all the way back, make the line again and when she openedthe window, didn't say a word and just kind of gestured, so we said that the sauce was missing. She went back reached for threepackets & gave us the sauce and quickly closed the windows. She did not even apologize or acknowledge the mistake or ask ifneeded anything else, i wanted to ask for ketchup but she was so quick and walked away. SO we drove off. Please if you are goingto hire kids remind them of courtesy and respect to others! We came to y'all to give u business, don't treat ppl like trash forno reason. This was our first and last time at Zaxby's. We went bc we had a coupon which didn't even end up applying at thislocation apparently. This was my first time trying Zaxby?s, but I?ve heard great things. I had the Cajun Club Sandwich and it was great. Everything... was well seasoned and the combination of cheese and bacon made it a better sandwich than Chickfila or Raising Canes. The servicewas also top notch. First time here. Never heard of the place and wasn't even sure what Zaxby's was. Theirs no advertising around their... establishment signifying they sell food other then these flimsy signs that you can't really notice driving by. If you wantpeople to know who you are and get more business you need adverting in your big windows facing the street and on your big signby the street. You have a company logo why not put that too? I would have never know you existed of I didn't have a deliveryfrom here. My First impression I'll come back to try some of the other foods. The fried pickles were bland and grainy. Also nota good idea to put the sauce container with the food? Kinda gross, germs and grease all over it. Luckily there was a napkin inthere bag, all the dark areas in the napkin just came from the sauce packet. Also one of the employees that I could actuallysee in the drive through had very long hair not tied up. All employees with long hair usually policy is have you're hair up anda hairnet. Hair can get into food. You guys might have potential so hopefully you guys read this and try to bring more businessto keep yourself open. When I drive by and even in a weekend you'll are basically dead. I see today you put a fabric sign upjust one. We go at least twice a week, because my daughter goes to gymnastics right across. Im so tired of always getting super old,... greasy and cold. I have spoken to them multiple times and they still get upset. Today was the last drop. The manager is notwearing a hat or hair net. Took my food back replaced the chicken and put back in the same plate. I was so disgusted that I justthrow the food away and left. Read more
