Not bad. Staff are good enough. I've had fresh and hot food and food that probably sat a little to long in the heat lamp but not... too bad. The manager was rocking out 80 hours on salary....poor guy. Read more

Horrible experience at this one folks. I ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwhichs plain, with just extra spicy glaze sauce. Got to my... vehicle and they were made with the mayo, lettuce, and tomato. I bring them back inside for them to correct my sandwichs, theway I ordered them. I kid you not, this older guy (I believe he is a manager) with the Grey hair, takes the incorrect chickensandwiches, opens them up and takes the chicken from them, scrapes off the lettuce, tomato, and mayo and adds the SAME chickento the new sandwichs! Obviously I confronted him, to which he seemed shocked that I confronted him about reusing the chickenfrom the sandwhichs I just returned and told me it'll be a couple minutes for new ones. I finally get out to my vehicle with my"newly" made "fresh" chicken sandwhichs and they are literally made the exact same way as the first time, just with spicy glaze.Lettuce, Tomato, white mayo, and spicy glaze. Gave up at this point and decided to call corporate, filed complaint, and got acredit for the sandwhichs. Ridiculous that a manager actually thought it would be ok to re-use chicken from returned sandwhichs.Nasty. Won't be returning to this one folks. Read more
Came to have lunch after a crazy busy morning, waited almost a half hour for our food. The food we got wasn't ours so had to get... the right food. The manager was completely unprofessional, rude when trying to get our order right. I've worked for burger kingand we never turned away customers because they didn't want to actually cook the hamburgers. The manager stood and doing nothingwhile watching the few workers he had there. Came through the drive through at 1020 in the evening. Its listed that you are open until 11. Somehow the fryers worked all day... no problems and no signage posted. But when I ordered a simple chicken Jr and fry the fryers were broken and I was redirectedto the McDonald's down the street. I understand its late and you're trying to close but at the same time turning customers awayisn't ideal for any business. The fryers get cleaned in the mornings after they cooled down all night and im sure they werestill nice and warm. What was the real issue? Laziness? I gave my money to a different establishment. My fault, didn't count change after ordering a Whopper JR. $4 burger, gave the kid a $20 bill. Got $3 and change... back. Because cash register tells him the charge, assuming he didnt punched in $20.
