I'm having to drive completely out of my way on Fridays to get pizzas. I live 1 mile away from the kum n go in Dacono, the same... kid working there "Greg" tells me the kitchen is closed. This time today was around 3:40pm and yet again " ummm the kitchen isclosed". It's funny cause I'm always in there getting them made for my family. The girls that work there are always more thanhappy to make them, it's only on Fridays I'm told everytime"the kitchen is closed". Today the "cook" had 20 minutes left on theclock and I was told no! I used to be a regular, going in several times a week due to the convenience of the location. One day I walked in and the... "District or General Manager" stepped out from behind the counter and followed me all through the store with a dirty look on hisface the whole time as if I were some kind of disease or a theif. When checking out he asked me for my name. Another encounterwas similar and he literally rushed me while I was getting my money to pay. I am one of the most nice and honest people you willever meet. I in no way deserved that treatment and have been avoiding that store unless no other options are available. I giverespect and deserve it back. Since these experiences I have to give credit to the amazing staff members who are the sole reasonfor my updated review! You make my son & I long for a trip to your store from providing the most amazing customer service! Ihaven't seen the previous general manager I was referring to in my initial review, and give a HUGE shout out to the recentmanagement! Thank you for making a difference! Read more
Came in this evening 12/17/2020 9:26pm, cashier was very rude(not the first time), deliberately turns on her music on very loud,... there was no music on when we came in. Then made some snide remarks about the saints/broncos games from a few weeks back. Usedto love this store, and probably will never go back! Was a great store before about a month ago, staff WAS awesome! Read more
This store is always busy, the employees are friendly & are pleasant people. They have FREE AIR!!! I give this store a 5 star... rating mostly for the free air to fill up your tires, it is sickening when you pull into a service station & they charge you toget air. Way to go Kum & Go! Read more
Friendly staff. Usually plenty of grab and go food. Good drink selection. Expensive gas here. I like the rewards card.
