I know I wrote a review, but for some reason I don't see it. However what I do see are fake reviews. This place is horrible and... the owners/managers are disrespectful. Served me a burnt pizza only to tell me they will not remake it. I said to be perfectlyhonest, I don't want to argue. It's okay not to make the pizza, please just refund. Friendly people, delicious pizza overall. I got vegetarian pizza medium size and he got my order correctly not missing any... veggies. My order was ready within 12-15 minutes and I can pickup and pay from drive thru window. Read more
The fact that I cannot leave a zero star rating is completely absurd to me because the actual rating that they should get at... this Marco?s Pizza is a negative star rating!! Management is completely rude and disrespectful. I couldn?t believe my eyes andears when I walked in to see and hear how disrespectful the husband and wife talk to their staff on more than one occasion, andlet?s make this perfectly clear I?m not going in there frequently because their food is so great and grand!! This is not topshelf pizza! I?m going in there because of food delivery services. If it was personally up to me I?d tell everyone to never eatthere just because they don?t know how to treat people. They hire young staff to belittle them and that?s just not right.This isnot how we are supposed to be grooming our youth!! I usually NEVER have an issue with this location however, my husband placed an order on 9/28/2022 with tip included making our... total $50. I checked my bank statements on 9/30/2022 and notice there's a charge for $60. Called the store and they acted as ifthey had no clue as to why we were charged over the amount ????, TYPICAL. Had to call my bank and dispute it because theybasically STOLE money from us. I DON'T CONDONE AND WON'T IGNORE THIS. I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE ABOUT THIS AS WELL! Read more

very poor customer service by the owner. I am a DoorDash driver and also my family patrons there. The owner was very impatient... and rude during my pick up and he is not busy at this time. It is almost 9 PM on a weeknight and instead of directing mepolitely he was very rude and saying aggravated I will not go back to the store nor will my teenagers. Very rude andunappreciative. The pizza was delivered poorly packaged meaning it was half open and placed on the porch of my home. It was half way out the box... and slid out the front of the pizza box onto the ground face down as I lifted it up. There was nothing I could do to save it. Iwas told it was my fault. We can?t eat a pizza off the ground now. Called corporate and will report to BBB. Very upset by thewhole ordeal. Follow up: I contacted them and was told I?d receive a refund. I never did. They lied to me to get rid of me.Their integrity is trash. Oh and also, they are copying and pasting the replies to do the feedback form on their website. Noone ever follows up with you. Read more
