Very good place for chicken. They run to order so they're not fast at turning over customers, but you always get fresh hot food.... I'm a little disappointed with their menu reduction. Some of my favorites that they've removed are milkshakes, the black andblue zalad, and the Cajun club sandwich. They've also reduced their zalad dressing choices. I've been coming here for years for their Black and Blue Zalad. Disappointed that it's been removed from the menu. It was clear... to me that the teenage cashier was annoyed that I wasn't aware of the menu change and really only cared if I was dine or takeout. I tried the Cobb salad but really I can do better everywhere else on that. Was bland, cheap ingredients and overpriced. Noreason to come back, especially with long wait for food and filthy dining room. (The dining area looked like a bomb had goneoff.) I got signature sandwich and the bottom bun was stale and crumbly - like it had be toasted 20 minutes prior and just left out... and the reheated for my order. I took it back up, and staff just started at me mouths agape. Since they were unable to evenspeak, I told them not to worry about it and used a piece of toast as a substitute. Today I went to Zaxbys and normally my order and food are great. Not sure what happen today if no one wanted to be there and... just bad customer service. I ordered my food and asked for a side salad. Instead of saying we don't have those anymore youordered a salad for me. When I get to pay the person at the window reviewed my order and I state again I wanted a side salad.Then she tells me oh we don't have those anymore and hands me a order. I paid for the food because I did not want to argue ordifficult since I know people in the industry are given a hard time. When I got home my wings seem old and my fries seems likethey were cooked an hour ago. My fingers were cooked to a hard crisp. I am just so upset. Take aways if there are no more sidesalads please remove from your menu online. I have never had an issue and have been to Zaxbys at least twice a week for lunchbecause your fast and the quality is normally great. Just wanted to share my experience. My Zalad was the worst I ever had. Soggy lettuce, mushy old tomatoes and no Buffalo sauce on my chicken. I am BEYOND... disappointed with Zaxbys. Waited all that time for that BS. Read more
