I?ve ordered here for years and always seem to have issues on my Mobil orders. I never get my sauces and I was just recently... told I have to have the person that placed the order present to pick up the order. My wife is pregnant and screen shot everyorder I pick up. I understand the computers has issues with receiving orders threw the Mobil app. The issue is the customerservice and also not able to Execute the order. Please retrain your workers. I don?t want to be that person to say I use to workat McDonald?s but I have. I worked for Casper?s company in zephyrhills and was crossed trained for every position just incase ofcall outs. We waited a long time to oder, and even longer to receive our food which half of it was missing. My child's happy meal had no... nuggets. My cheeseburger came without cheese and was cold and old tasting. Fries were hot. Drink machines all down except Hi-Cand coffee. Read more
If I could give this location ZERO stars I would. I am allergic to pickles and I went through the drive-through, ordered the two... cheeseburger meal with no pickles, explain that I was allergic to the person in the speaker. The woman at the first window whenI paid for it even confirmed no pickles. I went to the second window got my food and came home to realize I had extra pickles onmy cheeseburgers. Thank God I checked before I bit into it otherwise McDonald?s would be dealing with a lawsuit. Absolutelydisgusting, I will never return to this location again! Buyer beware. Read more
The store is nice, but the staff is slow, slow, slow and don't care. At least 10 minutes from time of placing order at kiosk... to delivery to table. It's not like I have a group of people with me- I am alone. There is always plenty of staff hangingaround doing nothing. No sense of urgency at all. Read more
