We went to jacks drive thru on 10/19/22 and order the 50pc nugget meal and had to wait about 10 minutes only to realize as we... have driven a good piece up the road that they were over cooked and hard as a rock. We tried to call jacks about 10 times. Theline rings once and immediately hangs up. We spent over $40 on food that we couldn?t enjoy. This is ridiculous and I want arefund or my meal replaced. We usely pay for what we order and don't got some of what we order. Yesterday evening we a Big javk and a big fries snd a Wiggle... Pickes and a small fries and to apple fries and ee got like a bacon cheese burger and he didn't look before we left and we gothome snd paid for the other bugar. Once before we ordered the combo's and ,2 apple pies and got 1 cherry pie and 1 apple pie andsome mornings we ordered breakfast and didn't get all we ordered are it be the wrong order. Read more

Never see the same employees twice. The quality and consistency of the food really is subpar and suffers due to no one being... well trained because they don?t last. This is based on regular trips as I live nearby so not a fluke. They also regularly getour drive thru orders wrong shorting us items then expected us to know who the manager of the week was by name in order to makegood on it when we tried to redeem items that we had paid for but didn?t receive. So far I've had nothing but a good experience. I can't eat extra salt and they cook my fries with no salt. I usually get chicken... fingers and fries and they're as good, or better than many of the top chicken places. I give Dadeville Alabamas JACKS a solid 2thumbs up! Read more
I love jacks and frequently visit different ones around the state because they are usually consistent in being good but this one... is not. No soap or paper towels in the mens bathroom and met a employee coming out that didn?t or couldn?t wash his hands. Wentto the counter to order and it was like I was invisible. After 5 or so minutes I gave up and walked out. Read more
No clue if the food was good, I was the only person in line and no one actually took my order. Not even a hold on well get right... to you. Wow!!! SMH!! With a background in restaurant management, I felt embarrassed for the industry! I waited 45 minutes for my order,... still no food, but got 10 different explanations as to why I still would have to wait 30 MORE minutes..
