Stopped in this Subway on a Saturday night at nearly closing time. Was served by a very professional young man named Jamie who... really knew his product and menu, politely offered suggestions, and took the time to make sure everything was just right. Iteach Client Experience professionally and this was the best fast food experience I've had in a long time, and the best Subwayexperience ever. I ordered online to pick up on my way home. I get home to find out the order is wrong. I go back, a 15 minute ride back I... already drove home from work 45 minutes. No apology just a young girl that said but I did it I made them. I ordered a turkey subthis was ham and black olives, not the same and the other sub was wrong too. Oh and the best part yet she took the wrong subsand put them back on the pickup counter. I really don?t think you are supposed to do that once it leaves the store. Nice new Subway for now! The family and I love Subway and probably eat it once a week. This one in Dadeville is now very clean,... nice, and big. The only issue I experienced is that any time you have new workers being trained they tend to take longer toserve you and they tend to skimp out on making the sandwiches with any substance. In time that will fix it self when enoughcustomers complain about the lack of groceries on their sandwich. For now everything is brand new and I love it Read more
I am absolutely FLABBERGASTED & LIVID. I've been to this establishment on multiple occasions. I was less than satisfied with the... time it took to get my food, but i was understanding. The food was usually good, so I can let that go. they put a pretty smallamount of meet on the sandwich, and when I asked is that all that really goes on it, I got a nod, and let it go. But THIS? Icannot. The employee cut my tomato with a dirty knife. She grabbed one from under the counter and just cut the tomato. A DIRTYKNIFE. It was clearly dirty, as it had mayonaisse or some type of white spread on it. Just disgusting. I didn't address it thenas the line had about 5 other people in, but this is unacceptable. Its a shame, cause the sandwich tasted good. The Garlic Steak& Provolone on Ciabatta. But I'd rather pack my own lunch than go somewhere that an employee is not paying enough attention tosanitary food safety practices. I won't be coming back. Read more
