Not exactly sure, but I stopped by for a beverage and both doors were closed and no one was visible in the building. Then, 3... employees appeared, saw severs customers outside, myself included.. the employees never came to open the doors, no note orinformation was put on the doors for the public.. and when trying to interact with the employees, they ignored us. We stopped by this gas station to get some gas, use bathroom and buy random stuff. The bathrooms were clean but, there was a... long line. The women's bathroom had four stalls. We also got some food and lottery tickets. The line for food was moving slowand if you wanted napkins or utensils, you kinda had to search for them. The donuts were tasty and $7 for half a dozen. Stopped in for chicken fingers and fries. Spent $8. and got a kids small box with with only 5 fries stuffed inside ontop of my... chicken and a crushed piece of bread. I questioned why it was so small and the girl behind the counter tried to convince me thatit's all the same size. I've ordered this same meal before from other locations and have never received such a small portion offood. I agree with other posters that this place is cheap with their food. Not to mention every single napkin dispenser in thestore was empty, they were however able to provide paper towels in place of napkins, but I did have to ask. Typically myexperience is good at Royal Farms, but this one just seemed a bit sketchy. I mean really, 5 fries! What the heck! I'lldefinitely avoid purchasing food from this location ever again and I suggest you do too. Read more
Thursday afternoon around 5:30 , ordered a coldcut , when I finally got to it , it was a sloppy mess . I have never gotten a... sandwich like this before from this store . The afternoon shift Asa far as the deli is concerned is no go . The young ladywith the red hair on the night shift makes the best sandwich , neat and professionally . Read more
Ordered a large fries, less than half the box was filled. I've never seen Royal Farms skimp out on fries before, unless they're... only generous about it at night. Just go to Wawa if you want a better experience, I don't even know why I tried. Read more
Floors are Dirty as in never get cleaned. Bathroom door, sink & floor/wall tiles. I went to get some sweet tea and it was empty.... The lid on the tea dispenser was off & layed diagonally across the top...as if by an employee. I asked if they had more. Femalefrom the back came out scratching her head, looked inside the open dispenser and says "it's empty I'll have to make more." I'dsay so if that's your job. I hope she washes It out first bc It looked grimy and she put her dirty hands inside it. I opted toleave. It's 6:30 pm so I'm betting the crew before hers are the ones that didn't do their job. smh Read more
Place was super crowded during lunch time. It's obviously a very popular location. Service was fairly fast all things... considered. Friendly staff. Place was reasonably clean -- including the men's room. Read more
