The staff was very friendly. However, the value of the food has been declining. I gave them another shot (after 3 previous let... downs) and it let me down once again. The food was bland, the staff cannot roll a burrito correctly (it fell apart literally assoon as I unwrapped and picked it up). I would much rather stop at the Dawsonville location which has been so much better lately(flavor, quality, value, etc.) Read more
Excellent customer service and staff. We placed a to go order for a family sized fajita box and they told my boyfriend that... theyd put all the hot stuff in it during pickup so it wouldnt get cold. I ended up having to wait 10-15 minutes max when I gotthere because they were pretty busy and having to make more food. The staff was super friendly and apologized PROFUSELY (eventhough they didnt need to), and they gave me two extra meats and queso for the inconvenience. Everything tasted great and thekids at my house are super happy! Ive eaten at this Moes for years and ive always had good experiences, but this was super niceand unexpected. Read more
Horrible place. Went there at 3pm on a Sunday during Gold Rush. Manager was locking the door and telling people they weren?t... taking customers due to volume. They were maybe three families sitting inside and about six employees. My wife had alreadyordered while I waited with the dog outside and then I was refused when I went order. I will never go to the Dahlonega campusagain. Read more
Went on Saturday during the Gold rush festival, there was a sign on the door saying they were closed due to short staffing. The... entire staff was sitting out on the porch smoking and talking and watched us walk in and out. I understand short staff issues,but not staff taking an hour smoke break. Read more
Not too thrilled with it lately, we were told we cannot use the little booster discount card. Very very very limited drinks.... Would have been better off just saying keep the food and going somewhere else to eat. This location was out of shredded cheese. I said no problem let?s make the kids Quesadilla with the Queso the staff member... looked at me and said ?I can?t do that?. I asked why? Member got an attitude and said ?if you want it that way I?m going tocharge you for the queso.? I did not argue my daughter and I just left. As someone who supervises a hospital department and onthe side own a business I would never allow an employee like this to work in my department or business. Will never be back to this location! I asked for a kids burrito for my 18 months old and for them to just put the topping in a... bowl rather than wrapping it in a tortilla since she can?t pick up a burrito and eat it she just likes be fed the inside stuffwith a spoon! So the worker did as asked. Well when I went to check out, the man who I think is the manager picked up adifferent bowl and got onto ME saying kids bowls go in that bowl not the one I got.. well I didn?t choose which bowl it wentin!!! Rude. Then I asked for a lid for the bowl and instead of saying yes, it was is this Togo or for here?! Well I said Togo sohe went and go the lid with an attitude. Then I had gotten a drink with my meal which made my bowl and drink $14.50. Well thecoke machine was out of all Coke products and dr peppers. Basically all you could get was Gatorade. So the same man came overand said what was it you wanted. I said Coke Zero or diet Dr Pepper. He then just handed me a bottle of Diet Coke which I don?teven drink and walked away. THE WORST Moe's I've ever TIRED to order from. I was planning to order my team's post game meal from them and I was refuses... service. We called well in advance to place the order and for it to be prepared by the time we were done playing. We had alist of all orders so that the restaurant could take their time and wouldn't feel overwhelmed with our order. I was told thatthey would not takeout orders and would lock the doors if we tired to come in. I've never had this issue with ANY anyrestaurants, especially as a paying customer! I am highly upset with how I was spoken to and the lack of customer service. Whenasked to speak to the GM or any manager, they were not in or did not want to speak. This is again, after I've called 4 times toreach someone other than the very rude worker that answered the phone.
