Ordered a medium pizza yesterday with delivery from DoorDash. The pizza was not completely cooked, even recooking in the oven... did not do well. Including cost for DoorDash the bill was $39. Never again. Read more

No stars hands down worst experience of my life. Not only did they mess up my entire order once but twice . After the first mess... up the manager assured me personally he would make sure it was correct..second order comes out and SHOCKER it's completely wrongagain. At this point I'm so upset I just want my money back. So I contact the store to be told by another manager that theprevious manager is no longer there but he is willing to remake my order . ABSOLUTELY NOT. I would like a full refund to whichhe informed me I need to come in to the store he can't do it over the phone. Considering I've waited over 2 hrs for food thatwas incorrect why not!!! I drive almost all the way there for the manager to call me and tell me he can't refund my order untilhis driver cashes out at the end of the night. Absolute madness how any manager could A. Not make the order personally or oversee it to make sure it is correct also the second manager not knowing the proper procedure for refunding a order blows my mind.I order from this pizza hut atleast 2x a month .. never again Read more

The quality of the food has never... disappointed me, and neither has the quality of their customer service. The past few times I have ordered delivery their driverswere not only exceptionally fast, but also very, very courteous and friendly. Pizza Hut always makes it well worth it to tipgenerously!
